A couple of weeks ago while at the brewery a random man comes up to while I was at the bar, he asks me if the Tesla outside is mine, of course for second my heart stopped because I thought the worst.
He then tells me he sees me driving around and that he really likes the colour and is it a wrap and are they custom wheels.

Ok Mrs G is going to get deep for a moment.
It's been 12 months to the day since we found our nearly 19 year old son Rhys with an extension lead around his neck getting ready to end his life, it's been 12 months of trying to keep him alive which been incredibly hard for everyone involved.
I'm so incredibly proud of him, today he officially finished his treatment with dr's, psychiatrists and support workers, big whoop woop 🙌 for him.

Took another Tesla obsessed boy and his family for a drive, he asked me so many questions and I loved it. Fart indicators for the win again, I finally got to do the light show which they loved.

Surgery day yay 🙌 PET scan came back perfect, it hasn't spread to my lymph's yet so I'm getting a bigger incision done around this bad boy so the melanoma doesn't spread.
I've opted not to have general anaesthetic but heavy sedation 🥴
My surgeon she is a boss b*tch and I have all the confidence in her ♥️ remember to get your skin checked regularly everyone.

I am so freaking proud of myself.
At 10pm tonight I will have been cigarette free for 27 days and because I can afford to smoke I'm matching dollar for dollar on what I would have spent and I will be taking hubby to Fiji next year.
I feel absolutely amazing, I had a massive night of alcohol last Saturday night for my birthday and I didn't have one cigarette, the medication I'm on stops cravings and the smell of cigarettes makes me feel nauseous, go me ♥️

Cue the obligatory Supercharger photo.
This was my very first ever time using a Supercharger, arrived at 47% at Bowen, grabbed some lunch and a coffee and 14 mins to fill up to get to the next destination which was Townsville, too easy.
Townsville is shit for parking but thanks to P!nk being in town, all paid parking is free all weekend.

Life is just so f'n unfair sometimes.
Lab results came back and here we all were thinking it was just a cyst, it's a complete mind f'**k.
Zarita has in fact got aggressive cancer, she has Adenocarcinoma, we are all absolutely heartbroken.
She is comfortable for now but will soon deteriorate and the moment I notice that she will cross over the rainbow bridge in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loves ones and a her beautiful vet.
She is old and we have made the decision not to seek treatment, please don't judge me 😭

It's almost been 2 years since I had Melanoma and 2 years of full body checks every 3 months then 6 months.
I had my check this morning and I'm so happy to say they are now back to annual checks, although I will miss the relaxing feeling of the Dr doing the check with a dermatoscope, I legit almost fall asleep every time.
Sorry about the photos but it's reality, please remember to get your skin checked ♥️

I'm legit shaking, this Thursday morning Tarquin has been asked to test all 8 Superchargers in Mackay ready for the public then a photo will be taken by the Tesla employee who is finishing up the wiring today of Tarquin plugged in to be sent to the global Supercharger people or something like, I was too excited to comprehend.

OMFG way to give us a scare, it was a huge capsulated cyst which was removed, I wish the C word was never mentioned to us but I guess they have to.
We picked her up this afternoon, she was carried to the car like a princess by our vet, she's had a drink, well sort of bless.
She will stay on the same meds to keep her comfortable in her old age with the vestibular disease ♥️

I'm booked in for a bigger scoop of my arm next Monday, fingers crossed she gets it all.
PLEASE if you see any changes to you skin, get it checked out ASAP, I'm glad I got checked when I did.
