I’ve been developing the script for DOUG for a long time.
With several large projects currently in heavy production, this concept was at risk of gathering dust in the archives. Instead of letting that happen, I decided to finally bring this gritty, mixed-media noir world to life as a proof-of-concept teaser.
Everything you see here was generated using Seedance 2.0 to lock in the exact visual tone, lighting, and camera movement I envision for the final film.

I created an extra large panorama in comfyui and stitched it in photoshop. Made it into a rough 3D environment with depth maps and let a simple character without shading run through it with mixamo data. All layers together back into comfyui with inpaint and IP Adapter.

Here is a quick comparison of the last "SKATE" video I generated with #AnimateDiff . On the left is the raw input video that I used to create stills with #ComfyUI .
The generated output was used a input for IPadapter in and the raw input re-used as additional ControlNet.
Overall the final video consists of 6 different, overlapping AnimateDiff runs that are combined in post later on.

Yesterday was a day full of emotions. I participated as a speaker at the AI REVOLUTION Congress and left with a great feeling. Being able to share what I know and learn from other great people was invaluable. I particularly enjoyed sharing my creative process and how I believe AI will be a great tool for creative minds. I loved the part where I showcased my process using @midjourney , @Magnific_AI , and @runwayml , as well as showing the art from other great creators like @juliewdesign_ , @iamneubert , or @Diesol , which are a great example of what creative minds can achieve today with these tools! Thanks to the organizers for inviting me to participate, I had a great time!

Thank you. The entire process took like 5 evenings after work. The approach was basically story, Midjourney,runway,Elevenlabs,Wave2Lip,after effects. I just realized I got featured with @Uncanny_Harry in the latest video by Matt Wolfe. So cool.

Totally disagree. Yes there is a lot of AI trash out there, but for example I made this trailer. All decisions needed a lot of planing and not one single Image was generated with just a single prompt.

Very proud to share my scene for @t2remake
It was made entirely with @runwayml Gen-1 and took me, I'd say, at least 60 hours to complete.
I'm both behind and in front of the camera, as I play all the characters. 🥸
This project was the perfect opportunity to try out a new video2video workflow that I'd been wanting to work on for some time back in September.
The great thing about this project is that we all got to have fun and learn. I think that's something you'll feel when you see the film in its entirety. 🙏

Absolutely. Just as an example: in total I had to generate more than 160 shots, because 90% failed. The movement did not work etc. Every single shot was prepared in Photoshop with retouching and refining before even using it as input for the movement.
