I'm getting pretty done with Utah. Thinking seriously of permanently moving away. This place has become a hive of globalism, communism, degeneracy and corruption.
It reminds me a lot of living in So-Cal in the 90s. There was so much good about the place. It was beautiful, successful, vibrant and booming but anyone with their eyes open could see it was a trainwreck in the making.
The difference between California in the 90s and Utah now is it felt like we legitimately lost to the left in California. They simply outnumbered us. Maybe it's just because I'm older (and hopefully wiser) but it doesn't feel like that today in Utah. It doesn't feel like we're outnumbered.
But we keep losing to the establishment, the RINOs, the Democrats in Republican clothing, the deep state. And for some reason I can't seem to understand it just feels like it's inevitable, like it's set in stone, almost as if it's some sort of fate that Utah will become Commifornia 2.0 and we're powerless to stop it.

I used to agree with that. I thought it was abhorrent for kids to have cellphones in schools. Now I'm not so sure. We don't have trustworthy teachers.
Every day kids are catching their teachers on camera committing felonies in the classroom and on the school grounds. Without these kids having the cameras and the ability to record and report, these teachers would get away with it and students would be harmed.
This happened at one of my kid's school. I'm grateful the student that caught it on camera did and reported it. Several teachers will be going to jail for what that student was able to expose.

Oh I have no doubt that this is a dirty trick of continuing lawfare against Trump and his supporters. But Ball being pardoned for his J6 actions doesn't necessarily pardon him for the previous felony that he was convicted of in 2017. That would depend on the actual text of the pardon certificate.
The fact that the evidence being used in this current case was derived from a raid that happened due to his supposed J6 involvement doesn't negate the fact that the evidence is there. Unless he can prove the raid was illegitimate and violated his civil rights, the evidence would not be considered "fruit of the poison tree" by any court.
