Joe Rogan says he watched his “wild little” neighbor “go flat” the second his mom drugged him on ADHD meds. His guest, who wrote the entire Yellowstone series, shakes his head and tells him ADHD is actually a “f*cking superpower if you understand it.” He says his ADHD is exactly why he can sit in a crowded airport for 12 hours straight, writing a script and never lose focus. TAYLOR SHERIDAN: “They tried to give me medicine for the ADHD.” ROGAN: “Did they?” SHERIDAN: “They did give it to me when I was a kid… You’re lobotomized… And so my parents were like, ‘Fuck it. Just let him run around.’” ROGAN: “My neighbor’s kid, they gave it to him when I lived in California. It was such a bummer. He was this wild little kid. And they gave it to him, and all of a sudden he was flat. And the lady was like, ‘Oh, he’s on medication now because he’s hyperactive.’ I’m like, ‘Oh, my God.’ Not my kid. Not my place… And I kept thinking, if somebody did that to me when I was a kid, for sure I would have been on drugs.” SHERIDAN: “It’s a f*cking superpower, if you understand it.” ROGAN: “Exactly. It’s a superpower. If you could find something you love.” SHERIDAN: “People say, ‘How in the world can you write a script? You write all these things.’ It’s not that hard. Once I know what it is, I can sit. You could sit me in an airport, around a thousand people. I won’t hear them. And I can sit there for 12 hours straight.” ROGAN: “Because you love it.” SHERIDAN: “I just hyperfocus.”

Russia’s “merchant of death” Viktor Bout says Biden trading him for WNBA player Brittney Griner was “literally some kind of insult.” TUCKER: “Were you surprised?” BOUT: “This was literally some kind of insult.” “At least they could exchange me for Paul Whelan.” (US Marine) [Tucker laughs] Bout says Biden traded him for Griner because she checked all left-wing boxes: she was Black, a lesbian, and a basketball player. And with ESPN constantly keeping Griner in the headlines, he understands the White House had little choice but to “succumb to the LGBT agenda.”

A visibly frustrated Tom Brady shares how much he “hates” the NFL’s fine system. He asks what kind of job says: “Hey, we’re going to take your salary away” when you make a mistake. He also can’t stand that some fans cheer when players get slapped with $100,000 fines. “I hate the fact that you sign a contract for $2 million a year, $5 million a year, and it’s so easy for someone to say, ‘Give me $75,000,’ ‘Give me $50,000.’” “‘Oh, it’s your second offense? That’s $100,000.’ ‘That’s your third offense? $200,000.’” “What job is like that in the world? Where you make a mistake at your job, and they come, and they go, ‘Hey, we’re going to take your salary away.’” “And then people are like, ‘Yeah, you should take his salary away.’ And I’m like [throws his hands up in the air].” A visibly frustrated Tom Brady shares how much he “hates” the NFL’s fine system. At 17, Amy Tippins was dying of liver failure. A transplant saved her life. After the surgery, she noticed “some of my traits had changed.” Amy suddenly found herself drawn to hands-on home projects she’d never cared about. “What gives?” she thought. So she tracked down the obituary of the stranger whose liver she’d received and discovered something staggering: “Not long after surgery, some things about myself and some of my traits had changed… I really started to love projects like replacing flooring on my own. I never saw flooring being put in. I never saw anything like that being done.” “I knew he was 47 and that he had been killed in a car wreck in Columbus, Georgia. So I went to the library and I started looking up obituaries for that time. And I backed into his obituary.” “What I discovered is he was a police officer. He was 47, and his name was Mike. His sister told me that he did a lot of his own home renovation. He also liked to work with his hands. He liked to do projects.” “When I found out who my donor was, it made a lot more sense on why some things about myself and some of my traits had changed after transplant.” Is a donated organ just an organ? Or can it actually change who you are? Conventional medicine laughs at the idea. But is it really so crazy? Let’s take a look at the evidence. 🧵
