The videos in the following posts show what Spaulding, the ABA, the NCSC, the Brunswick Group & Mary & William Law School worked together to influence judges in “preparation for 2020” This is a significant find, because it shows Spaulding fed the judges a lie, that she knew to be false because, as she likes to remind everyone, she was in charge of the men & woman protecting elections & did the evaluation of “Russian interference” Spaulding enlisted the ABA & NCSC to carry this lie forward to all the judges - including those in non- USA jurisdictions. They push training through a joint venture started by NCSC & William & Mary Law School in 2005, the Election Law Program. BLUF: Arizona had a documented proof of citizenship law for all voters, but that was invalidated by US Supreme Court in 2012 (Arizona v. ITCA) because it conflicted with federal law. Therefore only applies to state voters. Longer: We've done this before a few times... But here we go again. In 2004, Arizona voters passed Prop 200 requiring documented proof of citizenship in order to vote. Groups challenged this law, saying that it conflicted with federal law (National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA)). Federal law only requires attestation under penalty of law that the voter is a U.S. Citizen. In 2012, the United States Supreme Court agreed with plaintiffs that the Arizona law conflicted (Arizona v. ITCA). Therefore, Arizona could only keep the documented proof of citizenship requirement for state and local elections, not federal elections (President, U.S. Senate, U.S. House). That's why Arizona has a "Federal Only" designation -- voters who can vote in only federal elections. But this applies to a small percentage. About 99.5% of registered Arizona voters have provided documented proof of citizenship and can vote a full ballot. The only 0.5% have attested under penalty of law that they are U.S. Citizens, but they have not provided documentation, and therefore they can only vote in federal elections. Arizona is one of only a handful of states to have a documented proof of citizenship requirement. And it is the only state where this issue has been litigated.

Yes, Bryan, it did. Az Supreme Court established a “task force” to prevent “disinformation” from infecting their courts. One of their recommendations - modify court conduct rules about criticism of judges. Sounds like banana republic stuff when you can’t criticize those in power.
