BACKGROUND: In September 2022, Wisconsin voter Rick Braun sued the WEC over their use of the "National Mail Voter Registration Form", despite the fact that they never LEGALLY adopted its use, and the form itself violates numerous state laws. Namely, the form does not include an area to fill in whether a voter has been convicted of a felony or how long they’ve lived in their district. These sections are required by state law. The WEC claimed in court that they DID formally adopt the form, but of course, they lied. Counsel for the WEC failed to produce ANY evidence that they did so. Upon this lack of evidence, Judge Maxwell agreed that the WEC never lawfully adopted the form, and that it didn't meet statutory requirements. The National Form in Wisconsin is ILLEGAL, but here lies the problem. This means that the form was illegal at the time of its use! So, what happens now? What about the 250,000+ voters that were registered using this illegal form? What should happen to the ballots cast by voters who were never legally registered to vote? How can anyone trust prior election results, when a significant portion of voters were never legally registered to vote? Republicans MUST stand up and demand that this be addressed properly!

Months later, a Republican bill made ballot images a matter of public record and allowed for the release of ballot images to the public. A Georgia citizen by the name of Joseph Rossi obtained the ballot images and compared Raffensperger’s audit to the ballot images. Below were his main findings: • A 60% error rate in the 1500+ batch totals for the reported audit results • Seven falsified tally sheets containing 850 votes for Joe Biden but 0 for Donald Trump and Jo Jorgenson • Over 4,000 ballots that were duplicated in reporting of the audit results • Three days of missing drop box chain of custody forms for over 5,000 ballots • Missing tally sheets for over 50,000 ballots that were not uploaded until months after the audit results were initially published. Rossi referred his findings to Governor Brian Kemp's office, who VALIDATED Rossi’s claims and Kemp referred the matter to the GA election board. The rest is history. Do you know WHY Coffee County election official Misty Hampton sent an invitation to Trump legal team to inspect their voting systems? There were 6000 ballots that Coffee County COULD NOT get the Dominion machines to tabulate, despite repeated attempts. Similar to what happened in Maricopa in 2022. Election Officials called Dominion to fix the problem. Dominion called the Colorado Support Center, and within minutes, the machine miraculously started working again. Election officials believed that Dominion remotely accessed the equipment and changed the settings, which is SUPPOSED to be impossible, since these systems are said to be "AIR-GAPPED". Misty beleived there was foul play and wanted to allow an inspection of the Dominion machines to see precisely what caused the machines to reject ballots, and what precisely caused them to start working again. This failure of Dominion machines to tabulate ballots, and due diligence of Misty Hampton to figure out what caused the failure, is now part of a RICO charge from Fani WIllis. Unbelievable!

Yesterday, I reported that a judge in Arizona declared that the Secretary of State's guidance on verifying Mail-In ballot signatures is UNLAWFUL! During the @KariLake trial, Rey Valenzuela testified that the state has been using mail-in ballot signatures from PREVIOUS elections to verify the CURRENT mail-in ballot signatures. This is unlawful! Arizona statute CLEARLY states that ONLY the signatures within the voter's registration file are to be used to make a comparison. It appears that not only is Arizona using signatures from previous elections, but workers are ALSO being made to scroll all the way to the bottom, just to view the proper registration signature. Given the evidence revealed by Kari Lake, that election workers were verifying signatures in LESS THAN 2 seconds, chances are, MOST of these ballots were never verified at all. How can anyone possibly trust an election result, when the majority of ballots are being unlawfully processed?

It's been nearly 3 years since the 2020 election, and I still haven't heard a good reason why multiple states stopped counting ballots at the same time.

Then Valenzuela said that the video was taken out of context and that the guy was just doing exactly as he was trained to do. And finally Valenzuela says the guy in the video was moved to a different job for approving signatures too quickly. Holy hell. I hope the judge is picking up on this!

Less than two weeks later, Jack Smith voluntarily ends his DC grand jury. I think it’s safe to say, Smith knew what he was doing was wrong! But these are the lengths these people are willing to go to persecute Trump.

In a civil suit, in order to be found liable, the plaintiff must show damages or injury. That the defendant is responsible for the harm the plaintiff has suffered based on a preponderance of evidence. If Trump did in fact inflate his assets and net worth to secure a loan, and then paid off his debts with interest, where is the injury? What are the damages? Who is the injured party here? Am I missing something?

David Shafer explicitly stated that they were acting as "Republican NOMINEES" for Presidential Elector and not as "duly ELECTED and QUALIFIED" electors. This is a huge deal, as it directly contradicts what Fani Willis accused them of in her indictment. The transcript of this meeting also makes it clear that the alternate electors plan was intended to mimic what took place in Hawaii in 1960 where there was a dispute over who won Hawaii’s electoral votes. This prompted Kennedy and Nixon electors to cast their votes for their respective candidates, while legal challenges were still ongoing. The fact that Willis has this transcript in her possession raises serious questions as to why Willis charged Shafer and Smith when evidence suggests their actions were completely legal.

In March, a group called "RITE" sued SOS Adrian Fontes over Arizona's signature matching process, alleging that his guidelines contradict state law. The Secretary had instructed county recorders to use a broader and less reliable set of comparison signatures, including the mail in ballot signatures from previous elections. Arizona statute says that only the signature within the voter's registration file can be used. Superior Court for the County of Yavapai ruled in favor of RITE, stating that the state's signature matching process contradicted the plain language of the statute. Fontes's motion to dismiss is DENIED, and this will likely result in the SOS being forced to change his guidelines, either voluntarily or by court order.

Brian Blehm (Lake attorney) is surprisingly doing a great job right now cross examining Ray Valenzuela. Valenzuela said there were 44,000 early in person voters in Maricopa. These voters do not go through signature verification. By law, they only show their ID. There’s no checking of the signature on file for early in person, because by showing their ID, they are verifying their identity… So, by adding these 44,000 voters into the database, it reflects as a 0 second signature verification and skews the data. What the county is trying to say is that by having 44,000 early in person ballots included in the same data set, it makes the average time it takes to verify a signature look a lot lower than it actually is… At first it appeared that the county punctured a massive hole in Lake’s argument. However, what Brian Blehm just proved is that those 44,000 early in person ballots were not included in the data set… Erich Speckin was smart enough to filter them out. The data reflecting 70,000+ ballots verified in under 3 seconds stands!

Let’s hope Lake attorney Brian Blehm AKA “The Dude” doesn’t drop the ball during cross examination.

On October 11th Maricopa claims they TESTED and PASSED all statutorily required L&A testing. In reality, they only tested 5 "SPARE" machines that were NOT used on election day! On October 14th-18th, Maricopa County with NO party observers breaks the tamper resistant seals on ALL of the machines, removes the memory cards, installs new software on all of the machines, and proceeds to conduct unauthorized testing of the machines. 260 machines failed, yet they used them on election day anyway!

They’re trying to steal the 2024 election by indicting Trump for trying to STOP them from stealing the 2020 election. Let that sink in…

Many of you know that I’m in recovery and have been for many years. Last night, I attended a meeting with a man named Tommy. Tommy had 28 years clean, but was down on his luck and had been living in his car with his wife for 3 months. Tommy was an amputee who only had 1 leg. His wife had lost her job and was undergoing treatment for kidney failure. Tommy had also undergone open heart surgery recently, and was struggling with PTSD flashbacks from 9/11. Tommy was in the tower that day before the first plane hit, and lost a lot of friends. To say that Tommy had it rough would be an understatement. But did Tommy complain? No. Tommy shared about how grateful he was for his life. To be clean, to have a fellowship of friends to lean on, to have food in his belly was enough for Tommy. After listening to Tommy’s story, I found myself flooded with a wave of gratitude for the beautiful life that I have today. For all of the problems that I DON’T have today. In that moment, I realized that I had absolutely no REAL problems in my life at all. If Tommy can be grateful, I have absolutely no excuses. An attitude of gratitude can not only carry you through the darkest of times, but also inspire another person to appreciate their own life. By sharing his struggles, and maintaining an attitude of gratitude despite serious adversity, Tommy helped me. I believe Tommy and I crossed paths for a reason. One, to make me reflect on the blessings that I have, and two, to give me an opportunity to pay it forward. After the meeting I felt compelled to give Tommy a bit of money. It wasn’t much, but it was enough for food, and some gas to help him get through the day. In the past few days, I’ve received so much love and generosity. All of the kind words, and the support… And I just wanted to share this with you because kindness and gratitude truly are contagious.

We are now 3 months into Kevin McCarthy’s leadership, and he still has not delivered on his promise to release the Jan 6th footage to the American people. One or two Tucker Carlson monologues vindicating the Q shaman is not enough.

I’m hoping Blehm is weaving an intricate 5D chess trap for Stephen to walk into that’s so sophisticated, the average lay observer can’t even comprehend it. I guess we’ll find out after recess. If I had to guess, I’d say he’s trying to argue an equal protection clause. That mail in voters are not being obligated to prove identity, whereas in person voters have to show ID. If their signatures don't get reviewed properly, there’s a disparity between the two. Makes sense.

Speckin also alleged that approving a signature takes longer than rejecting a signature. We have 70,000 ballots approved in under 2 seconds with a rate of 99.87% approval. This is obviously impossible. The county in cross examination did not even dispute the assertions above. Instead, they spent almost an hour trying to discredit the witness. I smell panic.
