Evidence shows over 100,000 pre-filled ballots and $30 million in cash moved in unmarked rental cars, with ballots loaded at a Mesa residence and delivered to Runbeck. They found printers were hacked to change settings on election day, forcing misprinted ballots into special boxes to be manipulated later.
