When I was first learning Go I worked with a guy that picked apart everything in my pull requests, because he knew so much about it. I learnt more in those code reviews than most of my degree. Please, put effort into code reviews
"We don't do code reviews. We trust our developers". You have no idea how often I run a PR and find it's broken. It's *extremely* common. Even from senior devs. We all make mistakes. So I trust no one. Including myself.
