The current state of 99.99% of 'web3 games' is actually web2.1 where NFT integrations are in a centrally run game. Devs change the rules, and your NFTs are nerfed/worthless.
Game logic needs to be fully on-chain to be considered a true web3 game.

Web3 is tiny. There's something like 60k wallets that hold NFTs on ETH. Not even a blip.
Web3 game devs should be focused on getting traditional gamer attention.
