when did you find out about the planned works? how did your contingency planning kick into effect then?
i'm guessing it was non-existent, hence potentially tens of thousands of fans who have been through hell, almost losing their clubs, being locked out whilst 30k+ seats remain empty
for those planning safety measures, worth considering how many will travel without a ticket, i'll be there regardless
there's two paths ahead:
1) find a way to get all loyal fans in, to the national 90k seater stadium
2) have thousands outside whilst 1/3 of the stadium sits empty, with the bad press and anger that comes with it
if you truly want 3 up 3 down then you better start acting like a professional organisation.
i'd recommend option 1.
