In the world today, if they try making a new Blade movie it will def fail because they would make the character focus on his race and politics, and they would also prob make him gay or something. They would surely find a way to make sure the movie fails completely. This is why Disney can’t make a Blade movie because they can’t make a movie with a black lead without mentioning that he’s black every 2 seconds, without mentioning politics every 2 seconds.
The formula for an amazing Blade movie is already out there, just make a movie about vampire hunting without mentioning anything about race or politics. Literally just make 0 mentions of it, and make sure Blade is a terrifying force to vampires who isn’t weak and I guarantee it’ll be another huge blockbuster win just like the old ones were.
