If you take a peak at the current solar wind data, with no context, you might think "Totally nominal." But we're still awaiting the arrival of the CME, don't lose hope. The EPAM clearly still shows incoming activity. Hang tight we may still get some #aurora

We're getting close to #aurora time! The main ICME has not hit yet, there were a pair of leading (smaller) impacts about 2 hrs ago. The 2nd has a moderate strength negative Bz orientation. This should prime the Magnetosphere for the bigger arrival. Expect KP=3 and KP=4 soon
