Luxembourg at the NATO summit in Ankara.
Our direction is clear: a stronger
@NATO, with European Allies taking greater responsibility for transatlantic defence.
Last year, we laid the foundation with an ambitious defence investment plan. Now, we are transforming financial commitments into real military capabilities and forces needed to keep our citizens safe and ensure peace.
Luxembourg reiterated its steadfast commitment to NATO, our collective defence and the principle of strength in unity.
Credible deterrence needs innovation, industries, space and cyber capabilities and also credible finance. Through the creation of the Defence, Security and Resilience Bank, we will contribute to all these objectives.
The summit was also a good opportunity to reaffirm our unwavering support for Ukraine to defend its freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity, and our partnership with our Indo-Pacific friends.
