Cause for optimism: neither the ANC nor the EFF is capable of organizing a genocide. SA is not Rhodesia.
Cause for pessimism: SA shows that westerners will surrender civilization rather than admit that Liberalism is wrong
White farmers in South Africa are getting murdered in gruesome torturous ways. Buried alive, tortured with blow torches, by boiling water being poured down the throat, etc. The torturous killings are extended for hours, and are carried out with racist hatred.
The Black government does not protect the White farmers. Instead they get crowds to chant along with "Kill the Boer, kill the farmer".
Imagine living in a country as a minority race, where the elected politicians literally sing about killing you, your property is confiscated because of your race, and any day your home may be invaded by people who hate you for you race, and you and your family will be raped, tortured and killed. And until this Executive Order, you may have had nowhere in the world to flee to.
Some of the horrors:
"The attackers have far more time, taking hours or even days, to torture the farm owners or workers"
----
Various victims are horrifically tortured by pulling out their nails, pouring boiling water over their bodies, burning them with electric irons, breaking their fingers, pulling them behind a moving vehicle, or repeatedly hitting them with objects before they are ultimately murdered.

I can only describe this as feeling like wild animals being hunted. Our attacker shot through the sliding door of our bedroom and gained entry to our home. He held the gun to my nine-year-old son's head and threatened to shoot him. I told my little one to be quiet as this man would kill us. All I saw were silent tears rolling down his little cheeks for the next four hours.
He repeatedly threatened to shoot my eldest son's feet off and then ordered him to rape me. All we could do was beg him not to.
He forced me to my bedroom and raped me there. There was blood everywhere as I had already been shot. I could do nothing as my hands were tied behind my back. he forced my beautiful innocent daughter to watch as he raped me again
I cannot describe the anger this man displayed toward us and I knew that if my children had any chance of survival, I had to get this man away from them and the farm. You don't care about yourself, you just don't want your children to die.
The first thing our children said to him after the attack was that they were so grateful he was not there as he would definitely be dead. This reality, earlier this year, hit me once again when I met 11 ladies who had been in farm attacks. Only two of us still had our husbands alive.

"As they drove, many of Loudie’s neighbours were recalling an attack on another Van der Westhuizen farm, where an elderly white man had been stabbed in the heart, and his wife tortured and buried – still alive, at that point – in a chest freezer.
“Torture. Always torture,” said Captain Francois Laux, the police officer who was sent to Parys to investigate this latest incident and its bloody aftermath."

The couple, who had lived in the area for 20 years, were tied up, stabbed, and tortured with a blowtorch for several hours. The masked men stuffed a plastic bag down Mrs Howarth’s throat, and attempted to strangle her husband with a bag around his neck.
The couple were bundled into their own truck, still in their pyjamas, and driven to a roadside where they were shot. Mrs Howarth, 64, a former pharmaceutical company executive, was shot twice in the head. Mr Lynn, 66, was shot in the neck.
Miraculously he survived, and managed to flag down a passer-by early on Sunday morning. Mrs Howarth, who police said was “unrecognisable” from her injuries, had multiple skull fractures, gunshot wounds and “horrific” burns to her breasts.
“Sue was discovered amongst some trees, lying in a ditch,” writes Jana Boshoff, reporter for the local Middelburg Observer newspaper. “Her rescuers managed to find her by following her groans of pain and then noticing drag marks from the road into the field.
Her head was covered with a towel. Her eyes were swollen shut. She was partially clothed with just scraps of her shirt remaining. Her breasts and upper body was bloody. The plastic bag, shoved down her throat, took some effort to remove because her jaw was clamped down tightly.
She was rushed to hospital and placed on life support, but died two days later.
