i am review so many products right now, and my general advise is:
test your own products, the onboarding flow, and the main features. be a daily user of your product
put your product in users' hands and watch them use it. don't explain it to them; just watch where they struggle, take notes, and fix any friction
every little detail counts, and your retention and churn will show you that
