Yep. The Developer Exchange Program came into existence in 2013 and has evolved over the years. I agree that serious money can be made on Roblox, but in most cases if any steam game had the same amount of players as a Roblox game, the revenue would be proportionally higher.

If you need extra time to solve the bugs you have for free, then I would be okay if it's a reasonable amount of time. You would have to sort that out with your employer though, some might deduct pay which I would not agree with.
