Proud to see @Turingcom is one of the 35+ unicorns featured in this @PlugandPlayTC video! See what our CEO and Co-founder @Jonsid has to say about the “Plug and Play Effect” at the 1:32 mark.
35+ unicorns. Every one of them talked about more than the investment. First customers, first U.S. offices, introductions that opened doors they couldn't have knocked on alone. piped.video/watch?v=O1sQOyJ5…

Who is teaching the world’s most advanced AI models to think? At Turing, we’ve spent years building the human intelligence infrastructure behind frontier AI. Today, we work with the world’s leading AI frontier labs, helping power the development of coding, reasoning, tool use, and multimodal capabilities that are shaping the next generation of AI systems. Watch the full conversation with @siddharthaa7, managing partner at @neon_fund and Turing's CEO @Jonsid below.

Our GM, Key Frontier AGI Accounts, @juhiparekh94 was on a recent panel discussing what it takes to build AI agents in the enterprise , how the data-labeling/RL environment businesses are evolving, why real-time voice-to-voice models still aren't production-ready, how cheaper inference is still causing prices to go up and much more! Full video below.
Last week I hosted a fireside chat on what it actually takes to build AI agents in the enterprise with @natalie_meurer (Head of Agent Eng, @SierraPlatform), Harsh Trivedi (founding engineer, @mercor_ai), @juhiparekh94 (GM, @turingcom), and Kevin Lynch (Senior FDE, @fin_ai). We got into how the data-labeling/RL environment business might only have a couple years left, why real-time voice-to-voice models still aren't production-ready, how cheaper inference is still causing prices to go up, how baking in a constellation of models into enterprise agents is so important for reliability, and much, much more. Some of my favorite parts of the conversation (link to full episode in comments) ↓

Frontier models don't just need harder questions. They need better signals. Our Advanced Reasoning Rubrics dataset captures how experts evaluate reasoning, not just outcomes, making failures visible and improvement measurable. Download the dataset on @huggingface below:

While all of us are predicting AGI timelines, @Jonsid Founder & CEO of Turing shares the 4 Keys to unlock AGI. @turingcom is one of the largest data partners to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Nvidia. At a $2.2 billion valuation it has become one of the most important infrastructure layers in the AGI race. Jonathan Siddharth started Turing in 2018 with a thesis that talent matching is a trillion-dollar problem. Turing reached unicorn status in 2021. Then, in 2022, as the foundation model race accelerated, OpenAI approached Turing to provide coding data for ChatGPT. Jonathan recognised that frontier AI labs faced an enormous bottleneck: high-quality training data and human intelligence at scale. Instead of remaining just a talent marketplace, he made a bet that most unicorn CEOs never make. He built a second business on top of the first and leaned back into his AI research roots. Jonathan has a clear view of what needs to happen before we get to super intelligence. If you are excited about where the AGI race is heading this episode is for you. piped.video/watch?v=0fkPmeB3…

Rubrics-Graded Reasoning is here. Today, Turing released the Advanced PhD Reasoning Rubrics Data Pack on @huggingface: -1,106 expert-authored PhD-level tasks -Computer Science, Data Science & Chemistry -Weighted atomic rubrics + golden answers -Human-validated and frontier-model calibrated Why this dataset? Most benchmarks score final answers. This dataset evaluates how models reason by grading intermediate steps, derivations, calculations, mechanisms, code/data workflows, and structured outputs. Built for: ✓ RL & reward modeling ✓ Post-training ✓ Process-level evaluation ✓ Benchmarking ✓ Reasoning failure analysis Turn expert grading into machine-verifiable training signal. If you're working on model reasoning, evaluation, or RL infrastructure, we'd love to hear what you think. Links below.
