Bootstrapping a physical network is very capital intensive, especially for novel one likes EV Charging, Energy Storage, Urban Food/Water Security or unorganized networks like Logistics -- they are all outside of the standard risk parameters for equity/debt.
Crypto capital is much more risk on and has technical/data advantage to tap into lucrative sources of yield by investing in physical infra.
