The more and more I read about India, I think one of the top priorities of the United States under Harris should be a closer relationship between our countries.
Not only would this give us geostrategic alignment against Iran and China and benefit our economies, I think it would be very beneficial for stabilizing the Middle East and allowing the US more bandwidth to pivot to Asia.
We share a lot of values, and India has no illusions about the dangers of theocratic Islam and terrorism. That alliance along with normalizing relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel would do much to marginalize Iran and shift the balance of power.
