I think it’s a combo of the following… 1. they can’t cheat the way they did in 2020 due to court rulings… 2. Trump has clear momentum and it makes it harder to bridge the needed gap….3. there’s less mail ins requested so even harder… 4. Key characters like Shapiro may not be on board (at least not willing to stick it out when the going gets tough)… 5. Trump’s team is out in force and monitoring unlike in 2020.
All this makes it an inherently riskier proposition and getting busted could end their political careers. Plus they don’t like Kamala and how she came in either.
