Brushing my teeth next to my wife this morning, I look in the mirror. Kinda down on myself, I tell my wife: “All I see is a bald, overweight man, who’s only getting older every day. Can you please give me a compliment?” She said, “Your eyesight seems perfect.”

Texas is the coolest place. The Dallas/Fort Worth area are typically spoken about as their one city. Geographically, they’re completely different. Piney Woods turns into marshes pretty quickly. And the Edwards Plateau opens up to some beautiful views of the South Texas Plains.

Stick with me: CarFax but for homes. HomeFax. As the verified owner of your residence, you get access to a portal where you can log different events, updates, milestones, appliance info, air filter sizes, etc. It passes on to the new owner when you sell. Are you in or out?

In the short term rental game? Add a hot tub and increase your nightly rate by $50-$100. Simplest way to add value and a TON of people are looking for them. If you don’t have one, when they filter by rentals who do, you completely disappear.
