And to not bore ourselves with technical details, this series will contain short educative information. It’s quicker to learn and understand things in bits than stuff ourselves up with knowledge all at once. So now let’s get started with the big question. Morph is an Ethereum Layer 2 network that combines optimistic rollups and zero knowledge (zk) technology to enhance scalability, security, and cost efficiency for blockchain applications. Optimistic rollup? Zero knowledge technology?? Let’s see what these means: Optimistic rollup is a blockchain scaling technology that basically “rolls up”😆 many transactions into a single data package whish is then submitted to Ethereum. now this is “optimistic” in that it assumes all the transactions in each batch are valid until proven otherwise. Zero knowledge tech is a cryptographic methodology that allows one party (the prover) to prove to another party (the verifier) that a statement is true without revealing any additional information beyond the fact that the statement is true. And in blockchain tech, this is used to verify transactions while ensuring privacy. Interesting right?? Exactly, this way, Morph aims to be a “global consumer layer”, making blockchain technology accessible for everyday users therefore driving a broader blockchan adoption. On todays episode of learning rust: Learnt about common programming concepts: variables, scalar and compound data types, functions, comments and conditional expressions (if, else, loops, for and while commands). To practice all these, i made a simple temperature converter. Converting temperature values in Fahrenheit to celsius and vice versa. Got a little stuck on how to make a variable i had to define in a loop available outside the loop but i figured it out eventually. Will work on generating Fibonacci numbers next. it's been fun so far, hoping it continues this way 😂 Anyways, zkgm homies and happy sunday! 🍻

Distributing computer resources such as GPU power for AI, rendering or blockchain nodes such that the big dogs (AWS or Google Cloud) no longer calls the shots. The idea here is to create a marketplace where anyone (you and I) could rent out spare hardware that we've got so developers could tap into the extra juice for their projects, all while been secured by blockchain for trust and payment. TLDR 🔥 While all these projects ride the decentralization wave, @union_build targets cross chain connectivity, @SuccinctLabs on verifiable computation and @hyperbolic_labs on distributed computing power.
