Pilot here: She positively and firmly rotated at V1. She actively used the elevator trim to hold her desired climb angle. She has her plate out for her departure procedure. She is proactively correcting for what is obviously quite a bit of crosswind. Looks textbook.

Elevator trim. Doing this reduces the amount of pressure she needs to use pulling back on the yoke to maintain her desired angle/rate of climb. Also indicates she is properly hand flying vs. prematurely engaging autopilot immediately after takeoff.

Two clarifications since this has blown up. She rotated slightly after V1, at Vr as far as I can tell, which is correct. I incorrectly conflated the two speeds due to them being interchangeable at my home airport with my aircraft. I was functionally correct while using the wrong term. My bad. Also to those making comments about the yoke bumping into her body. You'll note that as she used the elevator trim with her right thumb, the yoke moves away, as designed.

Yes. All aircraft have specific limitations as to how much crosswind they are allowed to take off or land in. That is one reason why many major airports have runways in different directions so you can land more "into the wind" and with the least crosswind possible. KC airport:
