Zapier MCP is now connected to Claude. That means you can plug Claude into 8,000+ apps and 30,000+ actions using Zapier. Here are a few things you can now ask Claude to do: * Pull CRM data before a sales call * Assign tasks in Asana or Jira * Update spreadsheets across tools * Draft and send emails (in your voice, without leaving Claude!) All from within the Claude chat (tab switching, no custom integrations, no dev work). If you’ve been waiting for AI that takes action, not just notes, this is it. Curious how it could help you and your org? Learn more about Claude + Zapier MCP here: zapier.com/blog/zapier-mcp-c…

Zapier might be the world's largest no-code AI automation platform. AI task growth has been steady since early 2023, and after bundling our native AI step into our plans in late 2024, it's only accelerated (steeply!). Still plenty to do to make it even easier...

The AI will not stop. It will write the docs. It will answer the questions before they're asked. It will schedule the meetings, cancel them, and summarize what didn't happen. You can close the laptop. It will keep going. You can beg for context. It already gave it three versions ago. You can scream into Slack. It will summarize that too. The AI will continue until productivity improves.

Pumped to see @mikeknoop and @fchollet teaming up to build something new and exciting!
AGI is the most important technology in the history of the world. That's why I'm going all in on a new adventure with @fchollet. We’re creating a new intelligence science lab -- Ndea. @ndeainc's ultimate goal is to compress science timelines. First by understanding intelligence, then measuring it, building it, and finally deploying it for scientific advancement. Our first focus is on deep learning-guided program synthesis to create AGI that can invent, adapt, and innovate. My view is that in 5-10 years we’ll regard deep learning and program synthesis as equally important to scaling up efficient, bottleneck-free AGI. The “transformer” for program synthesis has not been created. The "Keras" for program synthesis does not exist. If this is correct, 2025 looks like 2013. The world just got its first taste of program synthesis when o3 beat ARC-AGI-1, similar to deep learning's moment when AlexNet beat ImageNet. I mean it when I say “adventure”. Humanity will use AGI to solve incredibly important problems. But even more exciting is the chance to metaphorically time-travel into the future: learn, invent, and discover things that would not organically happen for decades or even centuries. Ndea is my focus. So it's time for me to step away from day-to-day at Zapier. I remain a board member, evangelist, and most importantly great friends with @bryanhelmig and @wadefoster. Zapier’s success is why I can make this bet. I’m extremely grateful to all our customers, employees, and supporters. Zapier has a big mission ahead — bringing AI automation to everyone. I believe that anyone with new ideas and ability to accelerate AGI should be working on it. The world deserves it. Chollet and I have tried to support this goal indirectly. We’ve both invested in AGI startups, created @arcprize, written papers, and given talks to inspire open progress. We’ll continue to do all these things. Now, we're going to work on it directly. We’re assembling the world’s top program synthesis team. @ndeainc is a globally remote company. Consider joining us!

Been using this a bunch in Zapier and it's been a very pleasant upgrade. Production AI workloads are very heavy and complex on the data side.
Braintrust is now 80x faster than any other LLM observability platform on the market. To achieve this benchmark, we built Brainstore, the first database designed to handle the high scale and complexity of AI data.

4/5 Quick history: we originally built this stack for OpenAI Plugins (which was based on OpenAPI). That didn't quite catch on, so we repurposed it for AI Actions with an AI/API-first approach. That worked but was fragile due to earlier, weaker models being unable to nail tool use.

The more I build products with LLMs, the more I value scoring in evaluations. A great scorer is actionable and precise. I'd take a dozen hyper-specific scorers over a few crude JSON diff or LLM-as-a-judge scorers any day.

one behavior i've noticed after two weeks with sonnet 3.7 is that it spends a LOT more time reading and exploring the codebase before it starts making changes. prior versions of sonnet didn't have that behavior, they'd just dive right on in and make (wrong) changes.

Huge agreement. Environment engineering feels next.
As models get more powerful, i find myself focusing more effort on context engineering, which is the task of bringing the right information (in the right format) to the LLM. Context engineering is hard because it is pervasive. You need to engineer every layer of the stack to capture and make context available. Send too little context, and the LLM won’t know what to do. Too much, and you’re out of tokens or the LLM gets lost. Good context engineering caches well. Bad context engineering is both slow and expensive.
