I was in a gun store two weeks ago. A 45ish year old man walked in while I was within earshot and said, "I don't know anything about guns, but I need one today. I need everything; classes, ammo, a holster, everything." The look in his eyes broke my heart.
I asked the employee, "has that been happening a lot?" He just looked at me, with the laser stare that only a Marine can give and said one word: "Nonstop".
After all, I was in the gun store too.
