when you stay somewhere, you enter into an agreement - part of that agreement is that it's safe.
any failure to provide said safety, spare an extreme incident, or act of god, should result in a refund.

Stripe has a huge moat, very complicated thing to engineer - interactions with banking is not as simple as stitching together APIs.
Vercel uses AWS, providing a managed service.
Same with Resend, they use AWS SES.
There is no AWS "payment provider".
That said I'd love to see.

rarely people are a failure, they're just yet to succeed (pre success).
you have a few choices from here, either give up, or accept where you are (pre success) and continue.
after many years it may help to reframe the situation
fall in love with the process, find a way to chase joy rather than the idea of success, hopefully those two things are aligned
