Since quite a few people asked and I don't mind sharing, here is the team I used at #PokemonGoWorlds with my IVs.
Medi & Gfisk are rank 1, Licky & A9 close. Swampert and Venusaur are in the 200s, the best shadows I have from these. I was able to catch them all near my hometown😇

A few ppl asked me if they'll ever beat me in GBL. The answer is simple - yes🤷🏻♂️ GBL is blind battles with 3 pkmn and you can flip a lot of matches in both ways - I'm pretty good with ~ 52% WR. Anything above 50% is great and you might reach Legend everytime then as I always did👀

In the last days I went only negative in GBL and I haven't hit Legend this season so far as well.
It was a mix of rps, lags/frame drops but also misplays I generally not do.
Does that make me a bad player? No, not at all!
But with the current metas I'll rather spend time irl.😇
