Chicken in A Blanket 😬

6 Chicken Tenderloins
1 and 1 half Cups of Buttermilk
2 Egg Whites
1 Half Cup of Hot Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Abodo
2 Tablespoons of BOTH Onion and Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon of Smoked Paprika
2 Teaspoons of White Pepper
Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
1 Cup of Flour and 1 Cup of Cornstarch
Same seasonings for it
Coat your chicken and let it rest for about 15 minutes before frying
Fry on 375 for about 7 minutes or until golden brown
Honey Mustard:
3 Tablespoons of Mayo
1 Tablespoon of Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
^ you could really play with the honey mustard and make it to your liking.

Little life update, for those who don’t follow me on IG and/or FB: Saturday night, I lost my footing and fell coming down the stairs of my garage as I was coming to get stuff out of my car. I felt and heard my leg snap. I broke 2 bones. I’ve had surgery. Just waiting to go home
