It's official. The new Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives - @RepMcClinton - by a 102-99 vote.
Judge Lydia Kirkland of the Philadelphia Municipal Court administered McClinton’s oath.
The first report has come in from HD-140 and with nearly 3,700 absentee and mail-in ballots counted:
