This is communism not socialism. NYC is on the verge of electing a 33 year old communist with no work or executive experience who is promising to make tons of things free, all paid for by people who work for a living, by raising taxes on working people in a City that already has the highest tax rate in the country and has the most people leaving than anywhere else in the country . Oh yes he is also an anti-semite in a City with the most Jews outside of Israel. All because 5% of Dem voters voted for him and he got the Dem line on the ballot. People like @RepJerryNadler @NydiaVelazquez endorsed him because he got the line. Good comrades. There is nothing about any of this that makes any sense. We must continue to resist. @OneCityRisingNY @GovKathyHochul @RepJeffries @SenSchumer @RitchieTorres @MonaDavids @ycinnewyork @SquarePegDem @Tom_Suozzi @RepDanGoldman @RepGregoryMeeks

My sister was in the 1993 WTC bombing – trapped on a high floor, forced to climb down smoke-filled stairs. She suffered serious smoke inhalation and lasting trauma. She left New York City because she just couldn’t work in the Trade Center after the attack, got a job transfer and relocated to the DC area. On 9/11 she was one block from the Pentagon when the plane struck, saw it happen, and was further traumatized by another close call. I thank God I still have my sister, but I lost several friends in the WTC attack on 9/11 and continue to mourn them to this day. So many people I know have stories to tell like mine. These weren’t abstract “events“ for so many New Yorkers. They were life changing events. For Mamdani and @dr_yusefsalaam to stand with an unindicted co-conspirator in the ‘ 93 attack is deeply insensitive and shameful. It shows a stunning lack of understanding of what New Yorkers lived through and continue to live through. To laugh and smile like they are enjoying acting in such a menacing way is especially reprehensible. And Mamdani wants to be mayor? He got endorsements from @GovKathyHochul @AndreaSCousins @CarlHeastieNY , Albany leadership who are supposed to be representing all of NYS, @JerryNadler and @bradlander who look the other way every time Mamdani does something despicable. Just vote @andrewcuomo . He has a shot at stopping this insanity. @OneCityRisingNY @savetheuws @FixTheCityNYC @katiewr31413491 @LattinaBrown

A few additional points to this post from @SamAntar . I am lawyer with more than four decades of experience. No one is paying me to say this and I am not owned or sponsored by anyone. The Attorney General of the state of NY is our top lawyer. In the face of allegations as serious as these, she chose to argue that the charges against her are politically motivated, rather than plainly and simply state why the allegations are not true and why she has done nothing wrong. She chose to put up smoke and mirrors to detract from the allegations made against her, and to build sympathy. She even managed a “these “ United States line in an attempt to make it sound like the accusations are somehow unpatriotic or worse. All done in an effort to detract from answering to the charges. We the taxpayers of NYS have the right to an Attorney General who upholds the law. She must answer to the allegations, which are substantial, and stop putting up these smoke and mirrors. Second, I have it on good authority that many people in the Dem party have known about these allegations for some time and chose not to do anything about them. This must also be investigated because anyone who buried these allegations must be held accountable. If there were threats of retaliation, for example, this must also be uncovered and addressed. I cannot say whether Ms James has broken the law or not. She has the right to a presumption of innocence. But, @GovKathyHochul must appoint a special prosecutor immediately to investigate . This must be done to restore the public’s trust that the legal question of whether NYS’s top lawyer herself broke the law will be determined impartially by a third party. An outside investigator must also look into what people knew or should have known about these allegations. If @GovKathyHochul does not appoint a special prosecutor, she will also be implicated in what could reasonably be construed as a “cover up.” That’s my unbiased opinion. @JCAndersonNYC @RezaC1 @NYPostOpinion @LattinaBrown
.@NewYorkStateAG Letitia James says she “won’t bow to anyone.” Neither will I. I know every trick in the book. Every trick that’s been left out of the book. And every trick you're thinking about doing but haven’t done yet. I spent 20 years committing financial fraud at Crazy Eddie—then spent the next 30+ years teaching others how to detect it. I’ve trained fraud investigators at the FBI, IRS, DOJ, HUD, banking regulators, the NY State Comptroller’s Office, and dozens of other state and federal agencies. I’ve lectured at Stanford University, Columbia University, NYU, and many other top-tier academic institutions. I’ve worked with internal auditors, Big Four firms, law enforcement, whistleblowers, and class action lawyers on complex fraud cases. I’ve submitted successful whistleblower cases to the SEC and earned large awards. But this investigation isn’t one of them. Everything I’ve uncovered about your conduct—your undisclosed mortgages, your principal residence declaration in Virginia, your taxpayer-funded jet travel, your altered mortgage documents, your misrepresented property filings—I did on my own time and my own dime. No one paid me. No one hired me. No one told me what to say or do. There’s no political angle. Just the public record—and your own signatures. So let’s be absolutely clear: The allegations against you are not “baseless.” They are backed by documents. They are backed by law. And they are backed by decades of experience from someone who’s done both sides of the fraud equation—and now teaches it nationwide. If you disagree, I invite you to a public debate—face to face, any venue of your choosing. You say you won’t be silenced? Neither will the truth.

How about you explain how he became a “permanent “ resident when less than a year ago he was afraid of getting expelled from Columbia University because he would lose his student visa. He was one of the leaders of violent protests on Columbia’s campus, including the illegal takeover of a building. Students were stopped from going to class, Jewish students ( and many others) were terrified as masked protestors chanted hateful slogans like “River to the Sea.” ( code for destroying Israel. ) Significant harm was done to the community . While many say tough luck, the graduation that many students had spent years looking forward to attending and celebrating with their loved ones and family was cancelled. This is an important rite of passage and American tradition that only people who hate this country and everything we represent would celebrate. How did he get his green card? Why did the Biden administration approve this green card with his history of violent protests? Answer the questions, Senator. It is unnerving to take NYC subways. @MTA has done a terrible job ensuring public safety and @GovKathyHochul has not helped with her National Guard play. I haven’t seen a single guard on my routes, mostly in and out of residential areas. Maybe the guards are for show at tourist stops? I took the C train several times over the last few days to get around the City with visiting family ( they moved away for better jobs and quality of life). On one ride an aggressive panhandler who seemed mentally unstable was approaching people who were sitting down one at a time demanding money. One kind faced woman sitting across from me and traveling with her young daughter reached into her purse. I thought she was going to give money but instead she pulled out her pepper spray and kept it in her hand until he moved on. On the ride back uptown several hours later, I saw several unstable folks at the West 4th Street platform, a notorious spot for the unhinged. One was yelling obscenities at random people. Several people were passed out on the platform and inside the car we boarded when the train arrived. A man sitting nearby us was mumbling to himself . He also seemed mentally unstable and possibly dangerous with a menacing look. Everyone on the car looked nervous and I could see my family were upset. The menacing man got off at our stop. Once off the train the mumbles grew louder: “Murder Everyone..” and “Kill Kill” he screamed to the near empty platform. He kept yelling as he climbed the exit stairs and headed toward Columbus Avenue. No one should be afraid to travel around NYC, not residents, visitors or tourists. We must address the need to get people who are mentally ill and/or addicted real help. They do not belong in low barrier shelters in residential areas so that slumlords can make a killing and avoid rent regulation laws and high paid executives can grow their non profits and make more money. NYC must address this crisis. “Housing first” does nothing to address mental illness or drug addiction. This MUST be our priority in 2025 from DC, Albany and City Council. @Onecityrising @JCAndersonNYC @NYPostOpinion @Megmd514 @MelanieUSA1 @ginamnewman @MonaDavids @familfamily @CrimeInNYC @infopobn @LattinaBrown @CrimeInNYC @katiewr31413491 @PassengersUnite

As you will see, most of the marchers are masked as they walk through our predominantly Jewish UWS neighborhood, chanting deeply offensive Jew hating slogans, equating the IDF with the KKK. This chant is intended to incite hatred of Jewish people. But the ironic part here is that masking while protesting or marching is a KKK thing. KKK wore masks to cover their identity while they spewed their hate. The mask were used to harass and intimidate the people they hated the most, blacks and Jews. To equate Jews with the KKK while acting like the KKK, is a pretty hateful thing for these marchers to do. But I guess nothing is too low for people who are basically defending murderers, rapists & oppressors of the Palestinian people. A guy with a big salary and expense account is ecstatic because he can now get through the tunnel faster. Wow! Congrats! What about the small businesses, restaurants, cultural institutions, and Broadway if no one is driving into Manhattan on Saturday night anymore? I sincerely doubt your Mom and Dad in Maplewood or Grandma and Grandpa in Clifton are hopping on New Jersey transit for a night out . As for the younger crowd, my daughter’s friends in transit desert Rockaway and Queens with low paying first jobs are hanging out in their local places rather than head in to the City. The ferry stops running around 8:30 PM and you’d have to be nuts to take the A train at night. Manhattan is now for tourists and the very rich . I listened to Mamdani’s press conference today, with his DSA comrades Lander and Gonzalez-Rojas . It was awful. He is awful. He is obsessed with spending our tax dollars to provide free legal advice to people who are not in the country lawfully . He said it over and over again as if coming into the country illegally and breaking the law, is an entitlement to free legal advice, and this is NY’s most pressing problem. Not fixing public housing, not repairing schools or the incredibly low and embarrassing and totally unacceptable achievement levels in our public school, or the mental health crisis. Nope. None of that matters. New York spent billions housing people who crossed the border illegally in luxury hotel rooms for several years. They received massive help from the taxpayers for years. Meanwhile, many people made hundreds of millions of dollars on services and rent from this scam. Lander did NOTHING about it because his wife was the chief lobbyist for the service providers. The scams are now being uncovered and investigated. Not a word from Mamdani about any of this, of course. Just free lawyers! He has no real policies or plans, just free lawyers! His attacks on our @NYCMayor was truly despicable. Hateful rhetoric is totally not acceptable. When you listen to him, he is worse than my words can capture. He is just wrong for NYC, and wrong for this moment when we need leaders to be realistic, pragmatic, and most of all unifiers. He is everything but that. An unhinged communist dictator in training. Really, really bad. Time is running out. Vote @andrewcuomo . New York voters: Two people are dead and one person is in critical condition because our elected leaders are failing to protect us. This random stabbing spree earlier today by a mentally ill person with 8 past arrests is a symptom of a problem that New York’s leaders refuse to face. Our system is failing. The laws enacted by @NYSenateDems led by @bradhoylman and others in Albany are failing. These murders occurred in Brad’s District. We cannot continue on this path. Mentally ill people who are a danger to themselves and to others must be in facilities that are suitable for their needs and that will keep them and the public safe. We are spending 4 BILLION a year and people like @NYCComptroller Lander who should be ensuring there is accountability for results are not doing their jobs. We need a leadership reset. How could our education systems fail so badly, and it’s not just education failures in the US that are of grave concern. This woman attended Sarah Lawrence College where she studied German language and art, and spent a semester in Berlin at Bard College study abroad program. Clearly among the country’s most privileged young people with vast opportunities available to her from her elite education. And how does she contribute to society with all the privileges afforded to her ? By gleefully ripping down a photo of a kidnapped Israeli child and then calling it “ trash.” And what about that menacing look on her face when she says “f**k Israel. She had a certain sadistic and detached expression that reminded of another youth movement from 90 or so years ago in Germany. What kind of society do we want to be ? What are we doing to allow/encourage the worst and most heinous evils of history to be repeated? These are scary times. How quickly so many New Yorkers forgot the damage @AOC did to NY’s economy, income growth and opportunity for young people. Or perhaps the people at this AOC rally are too young to remember. AOC killed the Amazon plan to bring 25,000 high paying jobs to New York City, and that’s not even including the boost to the construction union jobs that were lost. Then she bragged about it. We have an affordability issue BECAUSE median income in NYC is really low, about half that of Seattle, where average housing costs are lower! ( That fact was reported by @nytimes . ) The stakes are very high in this mayoral primary because we have another opportunity for high paying jobs and we can’t risk the DSA screwing it up for us again. @WSJ has reported that Micron wants to invest heavily in bringing great jobs to New York which we desperately need. I have come to conclude that DSA ideologues like AOC/Lander/ Mandami really don’t want people to be successful. Their model is government dependency and free stuff that you get by taxing the rich so they keep voting for you because they are dependent. But the model fails because sooner or later the rich move elsewhere and there’s no more money left. That’s why socialism has failed everywhere in the world, but they keep pushing it on a naive public, especially young people. So sad to see so many falling for this propaganda. As a member of the New York State Assembly, Mamdani wrote and introduced this horrific Bill. He would have NYS fine synagogues 1 million dollars should they support certain Israel not-for-profits helping settlements. Synagogues! A fine of this magnitude would shut many of them down. I am in Berlin, Germany. Have we learned nothing from the past? How could a person with this hateful ideology ever be trusted with a City that has more Jewish people than anywhere else in the world outside of Israel? Below are pictures I took yesterday of the Room of Laws Against Jews in the Jewish Museum in Germany. As a lawyer, my heart was broken by the use of the legal system to build such hate, starting with local laws targeting Jewish people, like this one introduced by Mamdani. As much as people like @RepJeffries @SenSchumer and others will want to believe Mamdani can become less radical in exchange for power, his ideology is so deeply ingrained in him he may appear reasonable to get that power but it won’t last. Just so I get this straight, it’s OK for Vermont socialist @SenSanders to come to NY to actually interfere with our mayoral election but the President of the US cannot say a word without Zorhan/MSM/ all of his comrades having a massive temper tantrum over Trump being a “threat to democracy?” While we are on the topic of hypocrisy, Socialist Bernie and Zorhan’s saying they are against “oligarchs” is rather rich considering Sanders is a multi-millionaire, Zorhan is a nepo baby with millionaire Mom, and they are basically being funded by oligarchs Soros and Simon. Yesterday was a terrible day as we mourn yet another massive system failure that led to the loss of a woman’s life in one of the most heinous ways possible. Here are my questions: 1/ Why was this woman sleeping in an empty car of the F train when NYC is spending 4 BILLION a year ( double a year ago) on temporary housing? That question is for you @NYCComptroller . You haven’t done your job in holding these providers accountable. You just made sure to spend and spend. 2/Why was the car sitting there empty with the doors open? @MTA we want answers. This is the same entity demanding billions in more funding from our working and middle class. 3/ We know the perpetrator was an illegal migrant and we know Biden’s open border policy brought him here. What happens next @ManhattanDA Bragg? Will he be charged? Held? Will @NYCSpeakerAdams @CabanD22 and the rest of the pathetic wokesters ruling our council continue to argue we should remain a sanctuary city even after such heinous attacks? Where is @dr_yusefsalaam the HEAD of public safety? In Georgia where he apparently lives most of the time? 4/Is the perpetrator a member of a criminal gang? Was this some sort to f gang related activity? Pay attention, New York City voters. Your NYC Council wants to abolish the tools @NYPDPC needs to fight these crimes. SOS from NYC. Day 1 of @GovKathyHochul @MTA regressive greedy tax on working and middle class begins. NY has the highest tax rate in the country, the highest rate of inflation , the most @Uber @lyft caused congestion, and the most people leaving the state of anywhere in the country. Today residential neighborhoods heading in to the zone are flooded with congestion and most parking spaces are filled with commuter plates. NYC has the largest population of Jewish people of any City in the world, and my neighborhood, the Upper West Side, is home to many, including a very large number of people who have a close connection to the Holocaust. And yet, I am horrified to say that I saw many posters of kidnapped hostages torn down or defaced in my neighborhood, more than I saw in any other neighborhood, on a long walk through Manhattan yesterday. ( Below is just a sample.) Is UWS being intentionally targeted because of our large Jewish population? The level of hate and vitriol we are seeing directed against Jews throughout NYC , the country and the world is astonishing. After the horrific acts of violence on October 7, we should all be coming together to denounce terrorism and Hamas. Instead, this has been an opportunity for the Marxist left to unleash unvarnished anti-semitism, all under the false narratives of radical language. Dog whistles like “settler colonialism” “apartheid state ” and “genocide” are propaganda tools to intentionally rile up youth protesters to see this as yet another struggle between Oppressor and Oppressed. Ending the “class struggle” by any means necessary” justifies the worst slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust and the most heinous acts of violence against people I have ever seen in my lifetime. To Mamdani supporters: You think your candidate is going to bring you a socialist utopia? Keep dreaming because this Nepo Baby Ugandan Prince son of wealth has already sold out. It’s all about him and enriching himself on the backs of the working class. My phone has been ringing off the hook for days over the places he is going and the people he is courting and are courting him. Those red rose commercials are to make you think he is still a devoted comrade but make no mistake: he’s in it for the money, power and prestige this new gig will bring him. He will be going after the middle class and working class, as they always do. It’s bad enough for hard working New Yorkers now. It’s about to get way worse. Forget small property owners, people who have individual apartments or houses in the boroughs, people who drive, market rate renters, people who aren’t rich enough to leave NYC or poor enough to qualify for help, because we are going the way of the dinosaurs. He has been making deals with the very same “oligarchs” ( Sanders speak for the very rich ) that Eric Adams has been catering to during his tenure and who view themselves as the “real power.” Many of them do not live in NYC and do not give a hoot about us. They just want their deals made and the money to keep flowing in to their corrupt NGO’s and other interests. They are all over Zohran like a wet blanket loaded with cash and favors for his political aspirations. The whole set of corrupt grifters bringing us those hugely expensive shelters all over the city instead of affordable housing, for example, and the massive big bank financed “social services” system Lander and his comrades on the city council support. Everyone is looking out for their own self interest as NYC goes further and further down to Sandinista/Maduro/ Cuba style corrupt governance. These supporters are willing to sell all the issues important to most of us down the river to get in Zohran’s good graces and protect their little bubbles from exploding. This is not the time to sit back and wait for it to happen hoping we are wrong. Zohran Mamdani promised "to implement recommendations from the 2019 School District Advisory Group" at elementary schools and middle schools around New York. What are that group's recommendations? Remove G&T programs. Remove screened admissions. Fight against ability grouping.

Every time I hear Mandami’s anti- Semitic base shouting “Tax the Rich”, what I really thing they are saying is “Tax the Jews.” They are obsessed with bashing Israel and wealthy Jewish New Yorkers like @BillAckman . Connect the dots . @GovKathyHochul going along with this is repulsive. And having Jewish Bernie there for cover redefines the phrase “useful idiots.” This whole thing really gives me the creeps. Just vote @andrewcuomo tomorrow if you haven’t done so already. I hate to tell New Yorkers planning to move to Connecticut, but you can’t escape it. DSA Mamdani’s socialism and anti-semitism is coming to Connecticut courtesy of the State’s very own socialist anti-semite @ChrisMurphyCT . I have never met an anti-semite from Connecticut until now. I guess because Jews represent only 1.7% of the State’s population, Jews are a disposable vote to this representative. He also loves socialism/communism. Lots of wealth to redistribute in one of the richest states in the country. He is being willfully ignorant of the facts. He pretends not to understand what “ Globalize the Intifada” means or what the DSA is intent on doing to NYC , our state and the country. He is the worst kind of politician. An opportunist who just goes with whatever he decides is fashionable at the moment. This is the last kind of person we need right now. He is also being willfully ignorant of NY’s broken primary system where Mamdani got only 5% of voters but now due to NY’s refusal to franchise 1 million independent voters of color, now has a great advantage in November. This was no Dem mandate and he knows it. So, if you are in Connecticut my suggestion is to be on your toes now because they are coming for you next. Please let your voice and vote be heard and stand up for anti-semitism, hatred and bigotry of all kinds. And for free markets. Connecticut voters and voters everywhere, if you think it can’t happen in your state, think again. My biggest takeaway from the debate: @CurtisSliwa is in this for fame and ego and his future career opportunities in radio, TV or media. He doesn’t give a hoot about NYC falling into the hands of the DSA and he is using the visibility and campaign finance money to boost his brand so he can finally get a piece of the pie for himself. His first comment after the debate was along the lines of “ I looked mayoral, right?” Well he didn’t. He looked like a spoiler, almost a plant. There to get Mandami elected in some twisted logic that it will benefit his career or something. Not a legitimate candidate, just there to get what’s in it for him. Running for second place. Beating Cuomo seems to be all he care about. Even his policies are lackluster and hard to distinguish from his opponents. If I was. GOP voter/ club member/leader, I would be mightily pissed off. They put their trust in him. Protected him from a primary so he could use taxpayer matching funds for the general. It’s time for every GOP voter to distance themselves from Curtis and vote for @andrewcuomo . Cuomo absolutely hands down no question won that debate. Mamdani’s whole approach was to counter punch to deflect from his really bad ideas and socialist agenda to destroy NYC. I would wager most people got it. He should not be mayor and @andrewcuomo is the only one who can stop this. We need people with influence to convince him to drop out of this race for the sake of NYC. @AJ_Cats_ @JohnCatsimatid3 we need you! @OneCityRisingNY @WeTheEmpowered @TheJewishAlly @katiewr31413491 @JCAndersonNYC @KathleenWood730 @TheKvetcher @LattinaBrown @ginamnewman @savetheuws @ycinnewyork @queens_parents @MonaDavids @PetePanuccio @DJTNYCLUB @michaelhenry4ag @lawler4ny @bronxilla

There is no silver lining. Mamdani will bring hateful people and divisiveness to NYC. Mamdani is now hauling out one of Europe’s most well-known anti-Semites, none other than Jeremy Corbyn. He is so toxic he was ejected by the left wing Labour Party. Here is just one quote of which there are thousands: “Until Jeremy Corbyn became its leader in September 2015, Labour did not have a problem with anti-Jewish racism,” Joan Ryan, who followed Berger in leaving the party, wrote recently. “Today, it is institutionally anti-Semitic” and “poses a danger to the cohesion of our society, the safety of our citizens, and the health of our democracy.” Mike Gapes, another former Labour MP, declared the party of which he had been a member for five decades “Unfit for government. And a Threat to national security.” Corbyn is indeed unfit to be leader of the Labour Party, much less one of Europe’s largest military powers. He is a man who considers Hamas and Hezbollah “friends,” defended a luridly anti-Semitic mural in East London, and laid a wreath at the gravesite of participants in the massacre of Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics. For these reasons and many, many more, more than 85 percent of British Jews consider Corbyn to be an anti-Semite; almost 40 percent say they would “seriously consider” leaving the country were he to be elected prime minister.” We need @andrewcuomo to be elected. He needs every single vote from everyone everywhere . So get your friends and family out today. The Mayor is the CEO of a workforce that employs 285,0000 people. Mamdani has never had more than five people reporting to him and the word is he was a terrible manager with one of the highest turnover rates in the NYS Assembly. It is no secret that people who are familiar with his record are terrified of coming forward for fear of retribution. He doesn’t have an economics background or budget experience. Before he was elected to the part time Assembly job, he was a rapper and actor who had nepo baby jobs from his Mom’s company. He is not qualified to lead and manage NYC. Yet given all of this, The Three Amigos ( @GovKathyHochul @AndreaSCousins @CarlHeastieNY ) actually endorsed him. All because a small percentage of extremist primary voters got him the Dem line in a closed and broken primary system. How are we to get the word out to the voters, when the MSM barely covers @andrewcuomo , and some of them, like @CNN , won’t say a bad word about Zohran. We are driving 1000 MPH to the edge of the cliff and are about to drive over it if people don’t understand that only a vote for @andrewcuomo can put the brakes on. He will run the City competently and will make an excellent mayor. Let there be no mistake: given Zohran’s lack of experience and qualifications , age and temperament, it is utterly reckless and irresponsible for ANYONE but the most rabid extremist who just wants revolution to vote for Mamdani to run NYC. @OneCityRisingNY @katiewr31413491 @JCAndersonNYC @savetheuws @Megmd514 @KathleenWood730 @TheJewishAlly @DeAngelisCorey @MonaDavids @TheKvetcher @SoupandtheCity @stick_dynamite ibo.nyc.ny.us/iboreports/cha…

If Mamdani wins on Tuesday, we are going backwards in progress. Take public safety, for example. Mamdani had a meltdown when he heard @NYCMayor Adams added money to the NYC budget to hire 5000 new police officers, which NYC desperately needs. The public is loud and clear on this point. People want neighborhoods to be safe. They don’t buy that crazy woke idea that rolling back accountability for crime means safety for victims. Voters want more actual police. Not “department of public safety” or some other idea like an army of unarmed social workers which will actually defund the actual police . He was asked by multiple news outlets to respond to the question of whether he would go along @NYCMayor budget addition for more police. He would not answer the simple yes/no question. He stammered and huffed, and looked furious at the ….audacity…of the current Mayor to do such a thing as add police without his permission! All he could do was retreat to rehearsed speech/talking points. He repeated his promise to “retain” @NYPDPC Tisch, as if she was a serf working the land. But this is no response to the question of whether he will hire more police. And his attitude makes it clear he is grudgingly offering her a job. If he tries to kill the @NYCMayor plan, or tries to defund through other ways, I cannot imagine @NYPDPC will stay on for very long, even if he wins and does hire her. He is going to dismantle @NYPDnews and she won’t be a participant in that disaster. If he wins the doom loop begins on Day One . We definitely going backwards . @OneCityRisingNY @queens_parents @ycinnewyork @savetheuws @HiramMonserrate @MonaDavids @KathleenWood730 @katiewr31413491 @JCAndersonNYC @TheJewishAlly @BillAckman @SoupandtheCity @LattinaBrown @stick_dynamite @GaryTilzer aol.com/articles/eric-adams-…

Now might be a good time to remind New Yorkers that @AOC and the socialists killed the Amazon deal which would have brought a minimum of 25,000 high paying tech jobs to NYC, including a massive number of union construction jobs. We would be experiencing significant job GROWTH instead of massive job LOSSES as Amazon grew and attracted more businesses to set up shop here. NYC just had the lowest job growth in decades and even the paltry growth we had was in taxpayer subsidized healthcare jobs. We can expect more LOSSES if @Mamdani and his socialist comrades take over NYC. He has no plan or interest in growing private sector jobs. It will take decades to recover and even if they are able to hide the damage from the public for a bit we will suffer. There will be tax increases in all sectors, income, real estate, corporate, as they must keep giving away free stuff to stay in power. It’s the socialist grift. They will lower the voting age to 16. Watch. They will figure out that only the very young will be gullible enough to fall for their bad ideas. Meanwhile cities like Dallas, in no or low tax states like Texas, are experiencing the best job growth in decades. Housing starts are exploding. I have one word for y’all who support this craziness. NY’s primary system is broken. Tonight, less that 5 % of New Yorkers—the most extreme voters who show up for primaries—have selected the nominee for the Democratic Party, who now has a strong advantage in the general election. The socialist party played the system to its advantage, bravo for them, and now New Yorkers will pay the price. We must get full open primaries to franchise every voter. The current system is not democracy. @OneCityRisingNY @ycinnewyork @MonaDavids @SquarePegDem

The word is @GaleBrewerNYC is under pressure to endorse Zohran for Mayor or NYC. We have a huge LGBTQ+ community in NYC and take protecting this community from harm and hate very seriously. Zohran has not denounced Uganda’s harsh laws which until recently actually called for executing gays! Instead he dishes up word salads and excuses that make me want to choke, they are so dripping with hypocrisy. He also lies ( yes LIES) to the Muslim community Imams by hiding the fact he strongly supports using taxpayer money to provide medicine and surgery for people who want to change genders ( including children) . He tells them @andrewcuomo is to blame for legalizing gay marriage, implying Zohran is against even that! He is all over the place and should not be trusted one way or the other by anyone. @bradhoylman @CMErikBottcher @tonysimone and others who represent the interests of the LGBTQ + community with the pride they deserve need to reconsider their endorsement of Zohran and Gale should not endorse. @OneCityRisingNY @JCAndersonNYC @nycpix @savetheuws @ginamnewman @Megmd514 @katiewr31413491 @TheJewishAlly @KathleenWood730 @RepJeffries @RitchieTorres @david_sivella @SoupandtheCity @stick_dynamite nypost.com/2025/10/05/us-new…

Interesting timing. The Zohran camp has learned what we know. @andrewcuomo is starting to get momentum and they are scared. So they are playing their @GovKathyHochul endorsement card to try to stop the bleeding. Zohran can lose this race . The public is disgusted and fed up with extremists like Zohran who they blame for infecting the younger generation with morally bankrupt ideas like justifying political violence. The public does not want a divisive extremist leader. More and more voters are realizing that @andrewcuomo will bring us together, not continue negative, divisive politics of the past like Zohran. They are desperate to prevent a loss for their guy and they are desperate to stop @andrewcuomo from clearing his name. But why so desperate? It’s because he will expose all the rot, the coverups and corruption at the top of the party. He will banish the DSA and their billionaire money. What can we do about it? We need a people powered movement to swing this pendulum back to where it belongs. Join us. It’s not over. @OneCityRisingNY
@KathyHochul, your endorsement of Zohran Mamdani exposes just how morally bankrupt you’ve become. You’ve abandoned the moderate path you once claimed & had our support for. Come re-election, it’ll be almost comical watching the DSA turn on you, and it’ll be well deserved!

I am really fed up with bad policies from inept elected officials who are on a mission to destroy NYC. Two people were attacked on West 73rd earlier today! A teen girl and a mailman!!! WTH!!!!! This is the same block that @NYCMayor is insisting on placing another shelter for released criminals so that Russian mega billionaire hedge fund Beyrock Capital can take in many millions more than the building is worth from a city contract. @galeabrewer @MarkLevineNYC @NYCComptroller Lander sit back and do nothing while his wife profits. This building sold for 14 million but Beyrock’s city contract is worth at least 70 million. The building is for people from the homeless system, which includes recently decarcerated individuals, mentally ill people whose families refuse to care for them and chemically addicted people who should be getting treatment for their addiction. This is where the money is for slumlords and they return the favor to the elected officials who enable them by supporting their campaigns. @NYCMayor has refused to stop these facilities from being built in residential areas. It’s wrong. These same officials claim a housing “crisis” but yet allow buildings like West 73rd to be taken off the permanent housing market. We need to take a hard look at housing policy and how it’s feeding and fueling this housing “crisis.” Follow us on @OneCityRisingNY and sign up for our newsletter at onecityrising.org/about because we will be taking on all of this over the coming months. This coup to oust @ericadamsfornyc is being orchestrated by the far left who are terrified of @andrewcuomo @NYCMayor and anyone who does not bow at their alter. @GovKathyHochul needs to let the voters decide whether @ericadamsfornyc gets a second term, not some bogus engineered coup. They are desperate to hold on to power and keep their gravy trains running. These are the same people who cry that democracy is at risk while destroying democratic processes whenever it suits them. The four resignations yesterday were part of the plan. There are plenty of highly qualified people left to fill their shoes and the Mayor should move quickly to do just that. This man cannot be Mayor of NYC. Lander has an abysmal record as NYC Comptroller, mismanaging and politicizing the office, failing to audit and hold accountable recipients of billions of dollars in city taxpayer funds. From day one he has had a conflict of interest with his lobbying wife’s Not for Profit firm which he has refused to address. He has made numerous bad investments and investment choices all as carefully reported and documented over the years by @RezaC1 and others. Lander is a far left ideologue, who has spent his career pandering to the extreme left at every opportunity. The idea that he would make the city safer, more affordable, more livable or better run is not only laughable, but is a clear example of how the far left uses language to confuse and gaslight. “Safer”: Lander voted for and supported pretty much every single far left crackpot idea such as defunding the police that has left our city in shambles. “More affordable” : Just look at his record of mismanaging city funds. The budget for homeless “services” under his watch has doubled, while entities grabbing NYC taxpayer money have faced zero accountability. He will drive an even bigger exodus from NY, which has the highest income tax rate in the country. His answer to just about every problem is just raise taxes. The far left’s taxation strategy is to choke the middle and working class and force people to move out of State. He is out of touch on what NYC needs to actually grow, thrive and prosper. One thing we definitely don’t need is far left socialist ideologies. “Better run”: Please. The city comptroller’s office has been turned into campaign headquarters since day one. He is an opportunist not a manager. “More liveable”: Lander has done everything in his power to stop @NYCMayor from implementing the kind of quality of life improvements and changes that would make this city more livable. Instead he has supported all the bad policies from the far left that have destroyed our city and quality of life. Other distasteful disqualifications: Lander is a proud member of the Democratic Socialist Party, which helps to organize rallies to celebrate the October 7 massacre, including the day after the massacre. He refuses to disavow the DSA. Even though Lander ( who is not from NY) claims to be Jewish, he has supported radical far left anti-Semitic individuals who have called for the destruction of Israel such as Linda Sarsour. Lander is a hypocrite. He consistently calls for and supports anti-private property policies, while driving around in a chauffeured SUV and amassing moving violations on the way back to his Park Slope property. Socialism doesn’t work. It’s why millions of people from Venezuela, Cuba and other places are coming to the US. There are many more reasons. This is just the start. While NYC seems to have a deep bench of bad candidates, Lander tops my list. @OneCityRisingNY @JCAndersonNYC @SamAntar @saferstreetsny @ParkSlopePile @infopobn @queens_parents @Asianwave_org @YiatinforNY @Megmd514 @westsideco_org @savetheuws @familiesfornyc @FamilyHarlem @LattinaBrown @gtjco @nycpix @Sully4Assembly @BobHoldenNYC @VickieforNYC @NYCCCommonSense @TheKvetcher @katiewr31413491 @Studio28nyc @Jgcollins_NYC @dany_egorov @IsaiahLCarter @GaryTilzer @nypost @NYPostOpinion

This may be one of the worst, most tone deaf moves from NY’s left yet, pushed by @GovKathyHochul @bradhoylman @NYCComptroller Lander. They seem to be in denial that the bottom has fallen out. I’m calling BS on this post from Zohran. It’s blatant pandering from a candidate whose history of bigotry against the Jews is legendary. He never fails to mention that he started a chapter of the anti-Israel hate group SJP when he got to college as a teenager. I can’t imagine he actually cares about a Jewish supermarket owner passing away. The post reads like something Jerry Nadler would tell Zohran to say to make it seem like he actually cares about the UWS Jewish community. He doesn’t now and I would wager he never did, except to pretend to do so in order to get votes. Maybe he can get his suicide bomb loving father to back up yet another lie, but I am calling BS. ( Brought up in a household where suicide bombing of Israel civilians is OK and then going with Dad to get lox and a bagel to celebrate perhaps, but that’s the extent of it.) Rest in Peace Mr. Zabar. You brought great joy and happiness to millions. I can imagine you are turning over in your grave at the stupidity of UWS voters who fall for this guy. @OneCityRisingNY @SoupandtheCity @stick_dynamite @TheJewishAlly @AlizaLicht @Megmd514 @savetheuws @BillAckman @david_sivella @TheKvetcher @JCAndersonNYC @SamAntar

Took a walk to the Columbia Campus today. There was a small contained protest outside the Broadway gates chanting “sea to river” and “Intifada Intifada”. Many people in the protest group did not look like students to me. I chatted with a couple of Columbia College students nearby and they told me off the record they were DISGUSTED with the protestors and wished they would just leave. They just want to go to class. ( I had noticed lots of eye rolling and angry faces on students walking by the protest. ) My sense is that these protestors are not gaining supporters. They are making enemies. They are disrupting people’s lives for what? Columbia can’t tell Israel or the US Government what to do. What exactly is the point of protesting Columbia ? A block or so away , I saw a group of older people , definitely not students, writing some pretty nasty stuff in chalk on the street about the need for a revolution. Pathetic. Columbia has a magnificent campus and anyone who goes there should feel lucky and privileged. Such a shame to waste the gift of a great education on some of these kids who don’t appreciate what they have. @ShaiDavidai

Code Pink is calling for wide spread protests in NYC this week. What is this group exactly? Code Pink is an organization funded by Neville Roy Singham, an operative for the Chinese Communist Party. This is a fact, not a theory or speculation, that has been reported and confirmed by major media outlets. See link below from @nytimes and there are dozens more articles on this. As you will see from the second link, Code Pink is deeply involved in inciting protests in NYC, around the country and the world. They have targeted NYC as “protest city.” They are even running a “summer school” to train people on Gaza activism, the issue they settled on to sow division, create chaos and infect our youth with their radical ideology to ultimately achieve their vision of US communism or at least in the near term, a greatly diminished US who wouldn’t dare interfere with CCP aggression. Gaza is just a proxy for them to build their movement. They have been involved in Antifa, occupy Wall Street and other movements from the radical left. Here is their real agenda from their website: “ We continue unmasking the cost of U.S. aggression on China….and the militarization of the Asia-Pacific region.” In other words, the CCP wants to use our youth to help them take Taiwan. And more. The thing we have to realize about 2024 that is different from earlier movements from the far left is the massive amounts of money that reside in these organizations. They have weaponized the tax laws, and 501(c)(3) status. They use taxpayer money to incite people across social media platforms to build their movement. Addressing this misuse of the law and loophole must be our top priority. @OneCityRisingNY @JCAndersonNYC @nycpix @TheKvetcher @Studio28nyc @RitchieTorres @RepJoshG @NYCMayor @GovKathyHochul @JohnFetterman @ycinnewyork @chien_kwok @Jgcollins_NYC @SamAntar @RezaC1 @ParkSlopePile @infopobn @BobHoldenNYC @VickieforNYC @InnaVernikov @NYPDChiefPatrol @westsideco_org @savetheuws @saferstreetsny @dany_egorov @DanielDiMartino @savetheuws @christopherrufo @BillAckman nytimes.com/2023/08/05/world… codepink.org/protestciti613

The more he talks the worse this gets for everyday New Yorkers. Experts agree that the primary reason for crime and chaos is very bad policies that Marxists like Mamdani have been pushing for years. Leading cause of crime is failed policies, failure to prosecute and releasing recidivists. The argument that criminals are the oppressed and victims are the oppressor has been rejected as communist/marxist blather that ends up hurting people who need help and protection the most. It is clear from his words and speech he not only drank the cool aid, but wants you to drink it too. And we all know how that will turn out. This means no justice for victims, spiraling crime rates in our most distressed communities, and defunded and demoralized law enforcement. He gets elected and NY goes right back to square one. When @OneCityRisingNY ran a peaceful candlight vigil for victims of gun violence in NYC , we were required to obtain a permit to congregate in a city park, and a sound permit to read the names of those who were murdered. We complied. You know what’s discrimination? When laws are not applied equally to ALL groups and enforced equally without regard to the message. That means @NYPDnews must do its job and disband any group that does not obtain the necessary permits. If the People’s Forum does not want to get the necessary permits, I suggest they use some of the millions they receive from @GoldmanSachs philanthropies to run these pro Hamas rallies and challenge the law. In the meantime, they can’t have their obstructionist rallies without a permit. Finally, @andrewcuomo the fighter is back, calling for the rich colonialist from anti- 🏳️‍🌈 Uganda to give up his cheap rent stabilized apartment in Astoria so a homeless family can move in. He is right. It is hypocritical for rich Socialist Mamdani who believes in wealth redistribution and “from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs” to live in a rent stabilized apartment any longer. @OneCityRisingNY @queens_parents @ycinnewyork @CityDeskNYC @nycpix @katiewr31413491
Somewhere last night in New York City, a single mother and her children slept at a homeless shelter because you, assemblyman @ZohranKMamdani are occupying her rent controlled apartment. You grew up rich and married an even wealthier woman. You’ve had weddings on 3 continents. You own property in LGTBQIA+ murderous Uganda. You make $142,000 a year plus stipends, and your wife works too, meaning you together likely make well over $200,000. No matter which way you cut it: Zohran Mamdani is a rich person. You are actually very rich. Yet you and your wife pay $2,300 a month, as you have bragged, for a nice apartment in Astoria. That should be housing for someone who needs it. We are in the middle of a historic affordability crisis. Millions of low income New Yorkers need this apartment and an apartment like it. Yet your apartment remains rented to rich people who don’t need it. Today, I am calling on you to move out immediately and give your affordable housing back to an unhoused family who need it. Leaders must show moral clarity. Time to move out.

It is surreal, funny ( not funny), and a sad reflection of just how bad things are in NYC and America right now. NYC Dem primary voters ( 5% of all New Yorkers) gave the Dem line to a 33 year old Ugandan born elite of Indian descent whose colonialist family cavorts with the wealthiest of the wealthy in their home country on their massive estate with armed guards while the son runs for NYC Mayor on the socialist/communist platform of a radical fringe party funded by billionaires who maybe hate other billionaires and who wants to seize all private property and make everything free. Whoa!! Is any of this normal? Seriously? Z. Mamdani is supported by the far left Working Families /DSA alliance in control of the City Council and the state legislature who have put NYC on the path to ruin the last 12 years. Our neighborhoods are in the pits, we have the highest tax rates in the country and depressingly low quality of life, the highest rate of outward migration of any state, closed primaries that disenfranchise veterans and people of color, and voters with their heads in the sand. No sense of what is needed to make sure every person in NYC has the opportunity to succeed, from scaring off the business community and investment in the City which are economic engines and create jobs, to plans from this young man to install a radical lefty as school chancellor who is also a raging anti-Semite ( they both are) . Every loser lefty will be flocking here for a seat at the table in his administration. And yet people voted for him, and he won precisely because he was able to activate a large number of young, white privileged gentrifier voters who have never really had to work hard to fall in love with the idea of getting more stuff for free. And the band played on. Is there hope? Yes. Maybe. But it’s going to take some serious work over the next few months to wake voters up. We also need to keep the pressure on @GovKathyHochul @RepJeffries @RepDanGoldman and every city council member who has not endorsed to not support this candidate by continuing to write, text and call. See all my posts and join the resistance at @OneCityRisingNY . Unlike everyone on the other side, we actually don’t have any billionaires funding us. This is disgusting. @NYCComptroller Lander is throwing a fit over a migrant contract with DocGo. Well guess what? DocGo is one of the few service providers that is not a client of his wife Meg Barnett’s Nonprofit NY firm ( they have over 1000 members). So suddenly the Comptroller is stepping in to try to stop this contract so he can undoubtedly steer the business to a vendor that is under his wife’s umbrella group? The contract is worth hundreds of millions. I bet it just burns him that he doesn’t get to award this migrant contract. The blatant abuse of his position and power is nauseating. @NYCCOIB continues to look the other way. @NYCMayor doesn’t call this out . He should . Election of jobs killer Mamdani will impact the entire NY region. There is no hiding from this in Hempstead or Scarsdale, or anywhere in the tri-state region. The whole area will be screwed. So if you live in the suburbs and know anyone who votes in NYC call them now, tell them to go to their polling site, and vote @andrewcuomo . @OneCityRisingNY
I’m a Democratic Capitalist, not a Democratic Socialist. I endorse Andrew Cuomo. I can not back a declared socialist with a thin resume to run the most complex city in America. We need leaders who will fight crime, not undermine the police. Who will create jobs, not harm the economy.  Who will keep taxes down, not make it more expensive for middle class families to live here.

Surprise!!! Get who got an exemption from congestion pricing? If you guessed ordinary people who live in the congestion pricing zone or commuters from NJ or LI, you would be wrong. The answer of course is every elected official is now exempt. @MarkLevineNYC @JumaaneWilliams @NYCComptroller Lander @GovKathyHochul and the rest of those who supported CP can now drive around for free in the congestion zone in their gas guzzling chauffeur driven SUVs while the rest of us have to pay their regressive greedy tax on the working and middle class. What is especially infuriating about the latest word from our overlords @MTA — they now claim that an “overwhelming “ number of people support this tax. I think this is just an outright lie. I have been to pretty much all the hearings. The only people in favor of this tax were a small band of activists from North Brooklyn speaking from the same list of talking points along with some paid activists from TransAlt and other front groups for car rental and delivery app , while the rest of the testimony was from ordinary people who live and/or work in NY and are going to be harmed by this bad tax. If this had been a ballot initiative it would have failed miserably. They will go ahead anyway. And keep gaslighting. We won’t rest until congestion pricing is repealed and those horrible cameras come down. In the meantime elected officials continue to support this bad tax at their own risk to their future prospects. @OneCityRisingNY @JCAndersonNYC @susanleenyc @AFineBlogger @queens_parents @BobHoldenNYC @VickieforNYC @RepJoshG

Let’s get this straight. Mamdani and Sliwa have joined up to attack @BillAckman supposedly because he is a billionaire, but what’s the real reason? Is it because he is calling out the grift at the heart of the Sliwa campaign and the jihad loving/anti-semitic ROT at the heart of Mamdani’s campaign!? Might it also be because Bill is a fearless defender of NYC who always put the best interests of NYC first? Unlike Sliwa who has his own interests at the heart of his campaign and Mamdani has national/international aspirations to abolish private property and capitalism? Unlike some of the social media voices against @andrewcuomo Bill hasn’t moved to Florida but is staying here and paying enormous taxes because he is willing to keep fighting for us!!??? ????? BONUS POINTS if you guessed at the heart of why Mamdani and Sliwa hate him is because Bill is Jewish. Mamdani and Sliwa are two sides of the same vile anti-Semitic coin. Don’t need to say much about Mamdani’s crazed attitude toward the Jewish people. It’s public knowledge at this point. He speaks to the anti-Semitic voter base who want to expel Jews and seize property and Curtis has a mixed view of Jews at best. His wife has said some heinous things about Jewish people. It’s pretty clear : nitter.app/bentelaviv/status/1980… Those two have so much more in common than just hating Bill because he is a billionaire. Tired of this. Anti-Semites have no place in NYC. Just vote @andrewcuomo We just can’t have these two in city government. @OneCityRisingNY @ycinnewyork @EYakoby @TaliGoldsheft @JCAndersonNYC @jimfornyc @katiewr31413491 @LattinaBrown @KathleenWood730
I spoke to someone who knows @CurtisSliwa and now I understand why he is staying in the race. The City has an 8 to 1 matching program for NYC donors. Sliwa got ~$5m of matching funds from the city for his campaign. According to my source, Sliwa’s wife, friends and others are on the campaign payroll, and he and they are enjoying living off the city taxpayers who are funding his race/lifestyle. He doesn’t want to end his campaign and have to return the funds. Follow the money. When I asked why he doesn’t care about NYC? my source said: ‘He doesn’t give a sh-t.’ Clearly, this is hearsay, but my source is extremely credible and a highly respected person, and he knows Sliwa well. Curtis, please correct the record if I got anything wrong. What personal or other related expenses is your campaign paying for? Is your wife and/or other family or friends on the campaign payroll or receiving any funding? Please clarify the record.

This clip is a great example of Mamdani deflecting from the fact he has not moved off defund the police, he is just calling it something else. “ Department of Community Safety” is a juvenile idea and another THRIVENYC scam program. It is basically a way to defund the police without saying the words. The city will hire highly compensated mental health workers to talk to mentally ill people. They will not do ANYTHING meaningful to actually help them because the far left doesn’t believe in helping them. It just believes in their “right to be mentally ill” and live on the street. It will enrich the NGO’s who will take a cut from every person working the streets . I wouldn’t be surprised if he even brought back Charlene to run it . In other words, another THRIVE NYC scam. On the economic front, he has no plan to create jobs ( except for taxpayer funded government jobs) , incentivize businesses or add to the tax base. Quite the contrary, his economic policies will lead to taxpayer and business flight. Not a single Democrat I have spoken with has shown one lick of concern about Florida’s politics being too right wing. They will ignore it just like they ignore NY’s politics. They vote with their pocketbook and their feet. The money calculation is simple. A year of NYS and NYC taxes pays for housing Florida, and they don’t have to worry about a socialist government trying to steal their property from them or taxing them out of their home. This is what people are actually saying and if Mamdani isn’t aware of this he is spending too much time talking to his base who just want free stuff without working for it , and not enough time talking to the people who work really hard and have been paying for all the free stuff with their tax dollars. @OneCityRisingNY @GovKathyHochul @RepJeffries @MarkLevineNYC @SenSchumer @JCAndersonNYC @SamAntar @RezaC1 @queens_parents @ycinnewyork @Megmd514 @savetheuws @TheKvetcher @ginamnewman

As more facts emerge more questions are raised: 1/ Mr. Salaam identified himself to the police officer and said he was on “official duties” which suggests he was driving to attend a meeting or driving around the district for official purposes. At least one child was in the back seat of the car. While driving with at least one child in the backseat, we now learn he was on a conference call with other members of the “progressive” caucus. Was this the “ official duties “ he referenced? If so should a government employee be let off the hook for breaking the law just because he was on a conference call that was work related? What if he had been in an accident? Would he have escaped liability because he was also performing “official duties” when the accident occurred? 2/ He alleges he was stopped because he was racially profiled but the car had tinted windows. How could the officer have know the race of the driver? The officer declined to issue a summons and walked away once the council member identified himself. 3/ Why was he given more lenient treatment? A summons should have been issued. 4/ Once the officer decided not to write the summons, did he have an obligation to explain why he stopped the car in the first place (assuming he heard the question)? Since Mr. Salaam is now head of public safety shouldn’t he know the law? 5/ Who counseled Mr Salaam to turn this into a reason to override the Mayor’s veto? @NYPDnews is already required to report the stop. 6/ Why are the progressives playing Gotcha with a hardworking union employee just trying to keep Harlem safe? This seems like a very cruel attack on a hardworking civil servant who must have been very frightened he did something wrong. 7/ Where is Mr. Salaam’s primary residence and why does he have Georgia plates? 8/ is this really the right person to head public safety @NYCSpeakerAdams ? We need someone who can see both sides of every issue and not jump to the conclusion that every police encounter is motivated by hate. Georgia sends more illegal guns to NYC than any other state. The car had Georgia plates and tinted windows in violation of NY Law. They had probably cause to pull the car over. Congestion Pricing has been cancelled by the WH. Vickie nails why this issue never had to be so contentious. @MTA could have charged a reasonable fee for midtown access during actual business hours or (IMO), a small toll for the bridges. Instead they came up with this greedy overreaching tax scheme which was designed to inflict the most damage on every day working and middle class New Yorkers while favoring the billionaire car share apps. They actually wanted to create a gated community funded by ordinary tax paying New Yorkers. The far left and bike cult crowd are elitists who disdain middle and working class people who work for a living, and the @MTA is grossly mismanaged. Reform is desperately needed. “Through their consistent and infuriating overreach on every single previous initiative from speed cameras to bike lanes, total lack of transparency, lying, malice, and obnoxious arrogance, they squandered any and all credibility with regular New Yorkers.” @susanleenyc @AFineBlogger @AllieRyanNYC @BobHoldenNYC @NoCongestionTax @ImpunityCity @RezaC1 @OneCityRisingNY @NYCCCommonSense
Good riddance to congestion pricing, an awful policy pushed by awful people for awful reasons. And let's just be honest about something else. It probably wouldn't have been a major controversy to charge a nominal toll to enter midtown Manhattan during weekday business hours if people actually had faith in the government to limit itself. Of course there would be pragmatic opposition, but not the explosive controversy it rightly became. And the reason for this is entirely because there is ZERO trust or goodwill for the toxic lobbyists and activists and bureaucrats who hatched the plan and forced it on us. None. They have nobody to blame but themselves. Through their consistent and infuriating overreach on every single previous initiative from speed cameras to bike lanes, total lack of transparency, lying, malice, and obnoxious arrogance, they squandered any and all credibility with regular New Yorkers. Now there's no willingness to give anyone the benefit of the doubt anymore. Congestion pricing could have been a small ~$5 charge to enter Midtown, active only from 6am to 6pm weekdays, ending at the Manhattan Bridge, with a written and enforceable guarantee that it would not be expanded outside Manhattan. But none of that happened, none of it was even on the table, and it wouldn't matter anyway at this point because nobody would believe them. The point of congestion pricing was always to squeeze working class drivers who already feel nickel-and-dimed by the city, and everyone saw throught it. So now they'll end up with nothing. A well deserved failure.

This is rich. So in other words the multi millionaire ( 8+ mil net worth) and the nepo baby on a taxpayer salary but who rarely show up for work, who owns property in Uganda, and and has multi-millionaire property owner parents and a low cost rent stabilized apartment, want to be sure other people are paying THEIR fair share? The true colors of @nycDSA will be on full display tomorrow as these extremists celebrate the terrorism of Hamas as “resistance. “ This rally will be right here in NYC, home to the country’s largest Jewish population. It’s like Skokie, Illinois redux. Here are some of NYC’s red rose DSA members/endorsed candidates who voters elected: @RepBowman @AOC @tiffany_caban @JabariBrisport @JuliaCarmel__ @EmilyAssembly And a few others. Some of them deceptively removed their red rose designation on social media to hide their affiliation with this hate group, but make no mistake, they are all in on this radical group’s ideology. My heart goes out to my friends and neighbors with loved ones and family in Israel and my prayers for all the victims of this terrible act of violence. The NYC-DSA is planning to hold a rally tomorrow, glorifying the terrorism of Hamas as “resistance.” Never mind the hundreds of Israeli civilians and children who have been murdered, wounded, abducted, and terrorized. There is a special place in hell for those who glorify the cold-blooded murder of civilians and children.

I find it creepy when men push the idea of legalizing prostitution. It’s not “work” as he says or would like to think. It’s exploitation. And it is old outdated thinking that has been widely rejected as ultimately harmful. Time and time again he shows a lack of understanding of current thinking and evidence on this issue . It’s like he is caught in a time warp. Prostitution will lead to more sex trafficking of young women, children and trans people. That’s the world we live in now. Today. The vast majority of the public is against decriminalizing prostitution because we understand the current reality of human trafficking and how people can be so easily exploited for profit. It’s like legalizing slavery! Colonizer thinking. One can only wonder why he is so into this idea? Why he doubles down on it. Like I said. Creepy. Buried in an article on declining sales at Macy’s is the toll rising theft is taking on this anchor retailer. “…the loss of goods from theft… will be at record levels for the second year in a row.” One of the most damaging trends in the so called “reform” movement has been decriminalizing and normalizing shoplifting ( even though most of it is run by organized crime rings) . Shoplifting hurts everyone. We need Macy’s for its jobs ( very diverse work force) tax revenues ( huge) tourist attraction and neighborhood stability. Lose that anchor at Herald Square and we can kiss NY goodbye. But it’s only a matter of time before they abandon ship unless we change course and demand @ManhattanDA Bragg and @NYSenateDems put shoplifting back where it belongs—as morally and legally wrong and a crime with real victims—all of us.

They even have a PAC called “the Jewish Vote” and pols like @GaleBrewerNYC and other electeds who pander to the left take their endorsement with pride. Here are some basic questions: 1/ What was Brad Lander doing at Immigration Court exactly at the time agents were there to arrest someone else? Why is he there on a workday anyway? Aren’t we paying his six figure Comptroller salary to actually work ? Was this staged? 2/ why were there so many reporters there anyway? Did Lander send out a press release? If not who did? The article said federal law enforcement were “masked” to hide their identities, but this picture clearly shows the face of the officer. Not telling the whole story? I also wonder who is really the most afraid of @andrewcuomo ? The DSA supporting Mandami and Lander have used every conceivable trick to turn this into a circus. Imaginary polls, rallies filed with movie cameras and professional photographers to make it look more real, armies of “ volunteers”who might be paid actors, etc. It’s pathetic. Here is a screenshot of Olivia Lynch’s LinkedIn page, with academics creds at the bottom. The page has since been taken down. This person who gleefully tore down a photo of a kidnapped child works with children in an after school nature program in Brooklyn. Last night CNN aired a gut wrenching interview with a woman whose small children were kidnapped. No civilized person could see this violence and not be moved to stand up to the horror that is Hamas.

I mean this with all seriousness. Her obsession is like some form of mental illness. This woman will not rest until she brings down America, starting with NYC. It’s bad enough we have @AOC here. Warren has been on the warpath against “Wall Street” and the business community for decades and what did it do? Forced them to move to Texas and Florida and offshore just to survive. Bidenomics and whatever it was called failed miserably and caused massive inflation; the Dems lost control of the WH and Congress. NYC is bleeding jobs and it’s headed for anti-growth and a death spiral thanks to years of De Blasio, no course correction with Adams, and now four years of This! 👎🏼 She should go back to Massachusetts and leave NYC the heck alone. @OneCityRisingNY @JCAndersonNYC @SamAntar @LattinaBrown

The”Right to Shelter “ was never adopted by the voters. It is on shaky legal ground but Electeds are afraid to take it on because the well funded Legal Aid and the powerful social services lobby ( both heavily funded by tax dollars) will throw a fit if it is questioned and litigate the hell out of the City. Who pays for these lawsuits? Through our tax dollars, we fund the lawsuits against ourselves ( through the heavily subsidized homeless industry and legal aid) and then WE fund the defense of lawsuits against OURSELVES ( the City’s lawyers defend the suit). There are huge incentives to keep the “Right to Shelter.” Remember , the more the city suffers, the more people are homeless and need services, the more migrants arrive, the MORE MONEY IS MADE by the service providers, shelter providers and slumlord industry. The “Right to Shelter” is a literal cash cow. And to make matters even worse, the service providers are under the protection of @NYCComptroller Lander’s wife, Meg Barnett, who is the chief lobbyist for their industry, so there is zero chance of anything changing as long as he is in power. If he becomes mayor, more money will flow in their direction, they will have even less oversight ( if that’s imaginable) and we will be funding all of this, while the people who really need housing and help continue to suffer. I really hope @NYCMayor has the moxie and grit to put an end to this mess. I think it would cement his national reputation as a fearless leader . There are also incremental steps that can be taken, such as a residency requirement before the right to shelter kicks in. People who have worked in the system at DHS and elsewhere have been saying for years that the system is flooded by people from outside the city and this common sense fix would go a long way to alleviate bad shelter conditions and help us prioritize long-term affordable housing solutions especially in amenity rich neighborhoods. @JCAndersonNYC @RezaC1 @SamAntar @OneCityRisingNY @saferstreetsny @savetheuws @savenycwg @followmoneynyc @LattinaBrown @Studio28nyc nbcnewyork.com/investigation…

Prostitution is exploitation of women’s bodies for profit and I am against legalizing it. Arguments from the Zorhan left that talk about “normalizing sex work” to “empower women” is just a male fantasy. Prostitution demeans women, and keeps them under the thumb of profiteers who want to use women’s bodies to make money. It exposes women to danger and harm and reduces opportunity for a happy life, loving relationships, stability, good health a meaningful career and long term financial security. All the things EVERY person deserves. Mamdani has shown he is quite adept at getting young women to go along with his ideas, even when they might be against their best interests. But legalization hurts women ( and other who engage in this work) especially young and vulnerable people , who are more likely to be trafficked. Countless victims of trafficking have told us how they were flattered and cajoled into a life they deeply regret. Does anyone want to lose their sister, daughter, relative or or friend to this life? People like Mamdani should not be trusted to speak for what is best for women. He sure doesn’t speak for me. I support policies that create OPPORTUNITIES to become successful in fields that do not involve exploitation or that place women into demeaning male fantasy narratives . Zorhan got the Dem line in the general election in November. Now that he has been selected to speak for Dems on issues that hurt us, I will not be voting the Dem line in November’s mayoral race. Dems who support this candidate do not speak for me anymore either and I will continue to oppose all of them. I will continue to advocate for ONE candidate to oppose Mamdani. That frontrunner must be endorsed by everyone else. Then it’s up to us to work hard over the next 85 days to get this candidate elected. @OneCityRisingNY @GovKathyHochul @EliseStefanik @SquarePegDem @RepJeffries @MonaDavids @ycinnewyork @queens_parents @JCAndersonNYC @NotNiceDavid @SammyRaveloNY @AlizaLicht @michaelhenry4ag @JoePinion @LattinaBrown @Megmd514 @ginger_kat74907 @JCAndersonNYC @SenSchumer @MarkLevineNYC @AdamsWarRoom @CurtisSliwa @CommieMamdani @BklynJewishGOP @DJTNYCLUB @FamilyHarlem @savetheuws @SethBarronNYC @Izengabe_
.@zohranmamdani wants to legalize prostitution, a gift to traffickers, gangs & organized crime. I fought this bill as governor. The city is already grappling with shutting down the ‘Market of Sweethearts’ in Queens and other known hot spots plagued with prostitution, crime, and rampant violence Mark my words: This is the real world and if passed, this legislation will open the floodgates. Mamdani may not remember the bad old days of New York City, where Times Square was seedy and crime infested and New Yorkers knew which neighborhoods to avoid at all costs. We do, and no one should be eager to return to that era.

NYC : We are screwed. @ericadamsfornyc is in last place in the polls but insists he can still win. If he stays in the anti- socialist votes will be split and this will give Mamdani a huge advantage. To every New Yorker who woke up this morning thinking they just had a terrible nightmare, only to realize it actually happened, here are my words: Hang tight and get ready to fight. This is not over. This is far from over. Unlike Cuomo, we are not going to concede NYC because a small number of radical primary voters backed with an AOC endorsement just got a socialist the Dem nomination. Anything is possible in November. @andrewcuomo let us down. I don’t know what his problem was, but those of us who ran NYC campaigns saw this coming and tried to be heard. But we can dissect that another day. ( No regrets about supporting @andrewcuomo , who gave his life to public service, but he just wasn’t ready for a dirty 2025 style street fight against radicalized elite gentrifiers, a captured press, etc . ) Today, we need to plan for the General. We have to vow more than ever to fight on for NYC. This is just the first battle. We won’t make the same mistake twice.

I talked to dozens of New Yorkers across the five boroughs and demographics over the last 24 hours, to get their reaction to @GovKathyHochul joining the socialists. Every one of them said political party affiliation will no longer determine their vote. This is a massive misreading of the room by @GovKathyHochul and the Dem machine. Good luck trying to beat @EliseStefanik next year. She has it all: proven leadership abilities, a statewide following, national name recognition, a reputation as the smartest, person in the room and most importantly, an actual authentic smile. There is going to be a massive city and state wide effort to get her elected and the money will pour in from all over the city and state. NYS will no longer be a one party state because we are not socialists. The Dems no longer represent the majority of New Yorkers. @OneCityRisingNY
Welcome to the team, @KathyHochul. Now, let’s make New York City a place where everyone can thrive—by taxing the rich and delivering real affordability to the people who make this city run.

Mandami’s word salads are getting annoying and frankly they are reading hurtful, cruel and insulting to the intelligence of New Yorkers. Going after @andrewcuomo for simply wanting to clarify Mandami’s positions of defunding the police and disbanding the strategic response unit that saves lives every day shows Mandami to be a trickster with words that he uses to deflect answering simple questions. The fact is he has confirmed he will disband the Strategic Response Team is all we need to know. That is, in an of itself, an act of defunding. This defenseless woman was pushed onto the tracks at Chambers Street subway station. No words were exchanged before the shoving. Hardly any press. No outrage from leadership. Crime is just not taken seriously. It’s almost intentional—get us used to living in fear. IF this person is mentally ill he needs to be off the streets and subways NOW and shouldn’t have been roaming around the subway to begin with. Where does he live? Notice how Mamdani never centers the atrocities committed by Hamas on October 7th, or that Hamas is holding hostages for 23 months, or anything to suggest that Hamas is responsible for perpetuating this war. He has a one-sided view of this issue, which is divisive and alienating in a city with the largest population of Jewish people outside of Israel. He is an extremist who will further divide our City. He does not represent the politics of the future , but the politics of hate and division. As we learned today with the murder of Charlie Kirk, what we need, for the sake of our children and their future, are leaders who will unite us, especially in our darkest moments. @OneCityRisingNY
NEW: Mamdani says: Primary victory “was a lesson that so many in this city are horrified by the genocide being perpetrated by the Israeli military in Gaza, by the violence being inflicted — using weapons paid for by our tax dollars as Americans — and the suffering that we see.”

Of course they are focused on NYC. They can cause the most amount of damage here, get the most publicity, and @NYPDnews is afraid of them. I support wholeheartedly every person’s first amendment rights. However the law is clear that groups must have a permit and they cannot obstruct traffic or intimidate people. If these protests are not permitted and if the participants are being threatening or intimidating, then it must be shut down. Why isn’t that happening!? NYPD is selectively enforcing the law . They stopped and frisked a friend who came to NYC to watch the parade ( WTH!!!) then a few hours later allowed protesters to disrupt the parade, vandalize @nypl and now this today! I am out talking to voters and the energy for @andrewcuomo is high, but he needs every vote to win!!! Come on NYC!!! Make those calls!! Get your friends and neighbors to the polls !!! This is not the time to vote for someone just because he won in a broken primary system and got the Dem line on the ballot. We want @NYPDPC Jessica Tisch for real. We want her to have all the support she needs. We don’t want Rikers prisoners emptied into our neighborhoods as Zohran promises. And we definitely DO NOT want prostitution legalized because it legalizes sex slavery and keeps women oppressed. We want our seniors and families to be able to use our buses without fear and we don’t want our immigrant bodega owners to be put out of business. As for housing and rent freezes, we want someone who can execute what we need, not make empty promises that will make things worse. Ok read on… Apparently Lander has been doing “escort work” all week instead of the six figure job he is paid to do by us, the taxpayer. His wife just happened to be with him yesterday too ( to take videos?) . She was chief lobbyist for the massive nonprofit umbrella group that benefits the most from migrants and now consults in that same field. This just gets thicker and thicker with conflicts, abuse of power and abuse of our trust. Lander is another candidate too weak to run on competence alone so he has to create a circus for attention. He should stop wasting our time and find another line of work far away from managing public money. He is not a serious person and should not be ranked for mayor. @OneCityRisingNY @JCAndersonNYC @RezaC1 @infopobn @ParkSlopePile
