Donald Trump is back to attacking me today because the economy has been in a tailspin under his economic mismanagement. And so have his poll numbers. And the last thing he wants — is people holding him accountable. Attack me as you much as you like, Mr. President, I’m not backing down.

There’s a ton to be said on the Hunter pardon, but for now: The real worrisome part about the undeniable fact that the First Family (not just Hunter!) was so flamboyantly corrupt was that the entirety of the government legal and intelligence apparatus worked overtime to let it go. And they did it for a very long time and turned themselves into pretzels to keep doing it again. All while doing the exact opposite on contrived and sometimes legitimately insane plots against Trump and those who supported him. Major systems level damage was done to the integrity of the whole system. So many will want to move on to the next thing but if not addressed, we are in a world of long term trouble. The Bidens clearly belong in the history books as an asterisked blight, but the story is so much bigger than just them. When they exit it doesn’t just get resolved naturally.

Texas is calling Biden's bluff. These operations enhance border security. Biden will now have to decide whether he is willing to trample on the sovereignty of the US by employing the force of government to stop Texas from securing the border. This is likely destined to head to SCOTUS, in a case similar to 2010 US v Arizona which allowed the Obama Admin to stop AZ from checking illegal aliens for identification and other measures. The court sided with Obama, with a scathing dissent from Clarence Thomas. The make up of the court is different now, obviously, and the fact pattern is even more dramatically obvious. As for now, Biden will need to decide how openly and blatantly he wishes to drop the mask for the entire country and show that he is willing to use force against his own countrymen in order to allow illegal foreigners into the United States. The case is clear: Texas is on the side of citizens, Biden is on the side of a foreign invasion, a constitutional crisis of historic proportions
NEW: The Texas Military Department confirms the TX National Guard has seized control of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass (city property where mass illegal crossings are), and is restricting Border Patrol from accessing the area, saying the Feds “perpetuate illegal crossings”. This is the area where Border Patrol has been cutting TX razor wire. Razor wire and fences are now deployed to block the area off from the public and federal government. Attached video is from our crew on the ground this morning as they began blocking it off. You can expect DOJ to sue Texas over this. Texas Military Department statement: “The Texas National Guard has maintained a presence with security points and temporary barrier in Shelby Park since 2021. The current posture is to prepare for future illegal immigrant surges and to restrict access to organizations that perpetuate illegal immigrant crossings in the park and greater Eagle Pass area.” I reached out to CBP/Border Patrol in the sector for comment hours ago - no response yet.

Ed Martin deserved to be confirmed as DC US Attorney. The people deserved him to be confirmed as DC US Attorney. Martinmania is proof that the country will unite around those who fight for it and fight hard. At least there is now no confusion about who is opposed to President Trump's mandate and the execution of his agenda. Republicans taking out their President's favorite US Attorney is an extreme and unprecedented step. We must expect this to be the new normal. How it is treated and what happens next as a result of this is the most interesting question to watch. The base won't forget it. We deserve better in the Senate. Schumer, Schiff, and Durbin effectively played weak Republicans. Expect this play to be run again and again, unless something serious changes. The Edsurrection of Martin at DOJ is a silver lining, but the people will not forgive nor will they forget. And they shouldn't. Respect to the man in the arena. One heckuva ride 😎

The groundswell behind @USAEdMartin is unlike anything I've ever seen. The People want Trump's Mandate Man in the job!
Washington, DC needs to be made safe again. Ed Martin is the man that can make it happen. That is why we are proud to lead a 23-state coalition of state attorneys general in strong support of President @realdonaldTrump's nomination of @USAEdMartin to serve as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.  Under President Biden, crime in our nation’s capital skyrocketed, rioters defaced beautiful monuments with impunity, and partisan lawfare took root in federal prosecutors’ offices.  As interim U.S. Attorney for DC under President Trump, Ed has already made great progress turning things around and restoring the rule of law. The Senate should confirm Ed Martin ASAP to ensure his important work continues uninterrupted. Senate Democrats are desperate to stop Ed’s confirmation and are using all the same dirty tactics they’ve used in the past to try to derail the confirmations of Justice Kavanaugh and other Trump nominees.  Senate Republicans need to stand strong with President Trump and Ed Martin in the face of these attacks. The cancellation campaign being waged against @KevinRobertsTX is deeply destructive, wrong, and short sighted. The ends to which many are organized and working towards now are clear at this point. It's explicitly stated in many places. It's now a trophy hunt. The dust will settle and the passions felt towards allegations of insinuations, implications, and context won't hold up as a clear justification when we later reflect on this moment. The answer to the question "why did I join the cancellation campaign against Kevin?" will sound different in just a few weeks. He is not what he is being called, far from it actually. It will reflect poorly on our movement and cause intense atomization and division. People are right to have intense feelings on matters they deeply care about, matters that are critically important. Opportunistic policing on matters of guilt by association if applied continuously will result in a complete fracturing of a movement required to save this country. It's abundantly clear to me this is not even truly about Kevin, but about others. This moment has become a proxy and focal point for a larger fight. People of good faith can argue about what Kevin said and how he said it, and even what he did not say. But I'm here to say that anyone who knows him knows that he is a great man, with a huge heart, who has done more to further the conservative movement in recent years than many individuals and organizations can hope to in a lifetime. He stepped onto the national stage at a moment where there was a desperate need for intellectual, moral, and political leaders to help navigate a movement while the country was in crisis, and still is. To that end, his leadership has been additive and fruitful. He has centered on neglected issues of existential importance and provided a sleepy movement new energy and direction. A conservative movement without Kevin at the helm of a critical institution would be worse for everyone. I'm clearly intensely loyal to Kevin, it's he who saw the vision and passion in what I wanted to build. Anyone familiar with my work knows that we've taken a battle axe to some of the darkest corners of extremism and domestic terrorism, whether it's manifesting on Wikipedia or in the streets. That work wouldn't have happened without Kevin. I plead to let the passions cool. He finds himself in a haelstorm, once more. Allow him the grace to navigate it. The same grace that he would allow you, and certainly has allowed me on many occasions. You just might like how it ends up and we all may be better for it. We need him. We need many others, even many of those are most intensely upset right now. Let the passions cool for a moment and let's not declare war on each other, but on the real enemies at the gate.

The reason Hunter is in court today is because the same prosecutor charging him offered a plea deal that pardoned all other crimes. We advised the same Judge last summer about the absurdity of the deal which she threw out. So, now they're charging him not for running and international pay to play business with his father as the product, but for lying on a gun form when addicted to drugs. Of all the potential criminal activity he could be on trial for they picked the one least connected to Joe Biden and the one that can foreseeably be pardoned and framed in a sympathetic light about addiction. Nothing about corruption. Beware of false equivalencies between this and the weaponized lawfare/election interference. This is an example of going very light on the Bidens. The complete opposite of what's happening now in NY, GA, WI, etc
Hunter Biden's gun charges are just some of his MANY accused crimes that we have direct evidence for. Obviously, there's the drugs. But what about the "possible human trafficking" flagged by JP Morgan?

The FBI is not the correct entity to take the lead on this, sad to say. Their redirection of investigative resources in terms of framing their political opponents as domestic terrorists prevents them from being an unbiased entity to lead.
I have been continually briefed since early this morning regarding the horrific incident that occurred in New Orleans overnight. The FBI is taking the lead in the investigation and is investigating this incident as an act of terrorism. I will continue to receive updates throughout the day, and I will have more to say as we have further information to share. Damning testimony I'm particularly incensed by yet another example of the weaponized FBI refusing to act on evidence that was literally handed to them Protecting the Big Guy wasn't just the family business, the Feds were in on it too
From Tony Bobulinski’s opening statement to House Oversight and Judiciary: “From my direct personal experience… it is clear to me that Joe Biden was “the Brand” being sold by the Biden family. His family’s foreign influence peddling operation – from China to Ukraine and elsewhere – sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government. “Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business; he was an enabler, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability. “The only reason any of these international business transactions took place – with tens of millions of dollars flowing directly to the Biden family – was because Joe Biden was in high office. The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period.”

Think you're mostly right here. Vivek made an uncomfortable observation. He rightly identified we don't prioritize some good things. But he made a bad comparison by saying the other things were bad. Sports, prom, etc The mistake he made was timing and platform

This is the dying gasp of zombie corporate conservatism. This is a rage filled and organized attempt by men with broken egos to attack the MAGA movement indirectly based on a strawman and loose guilt by association plot. It's not going to work.

I was pretty involved in the push to cancel Chinese student visas during COVID. What I learned was that the University presidents are the most powerful lobby in any state and have a direct line to Senators and the White House. What I thought was an absolutely common sense policy at the time was quickly scuttled by corrupt politics. Don't think that status quo has changed at all. Too much Chinese money. What upsets me the most about it is we spent years decrying the Biden's for taking corrupt Chinese money and never had an honest conversation about how much it's infected the entire of our political system, not only on the political side but the intelligence side. And so much for China paying us back for COVID.

I am glad everyone is safe after the no-holds-barred epic brawl at Arlington Cemetery that was so bad that all the cameras and reporters there completely missed it. Let's take a moment to all be thankful that the only ones harmed were the remnants of Blue Anon's reputations
Trump’s staff got into an altercation with an official at Arlington National Cemetery so they could take this stupid grinning photo literally on the graves of dead soldiers. Deplorable doesn’t even begin to explain.

NEW: The Texas Military Department has released a statement denying TX Congressman @RepCuellar’s claim that TX soldiers blocked Border Patrol from rescuing drowning migrants and refused to offer assistance themselves near Shelby Park in Eagle Pass. FULL STATEMENT: “The Texas Military Department is aware of a social media post concerning the drownings of 3 migrants. TMD was contacted by Border Patrol at approximately 9:00pm in reference to a migrant distress situation. TMD had a unit in the vicinity of the boat ramp and actively searched the river with lights and night vision goggles. No migrants were observed. At approximately 9:45pm TMD observed a group of Mexican authorities responding to an incident on the Mexico-side of the river bank. TMD reported their observations back to Border Patrol and they confirmed that the Mexican authorities required no additional assistance. At that time TMD ceased search operations. At no time did TMD security personnel along the river observe any distressed migrants, nor did TMD turn back any illegal immigrants from the US during this period. Also, at no point was TMD made aware of any bodies in the area of Shelby Park nor was TMD made aware of any bodies being discovered on the U.S. side of the border regarding this situation. TMD maintains water rescue equipment and actively works with local EMS to aid migrants in need of medical care.”

We need to do a better job of educating voters that it's wrong to say you want to shoot your political opponent in the face. Get ready for radical politics. Tonight sends a big demand signal to Dems to embrace the crazy. There hasn't been much of an attempt lately to hide it, but there certainly will be less moving forward.
BREAKING: Democrat Jay Jones is officially projected to win the Attorney General race in Virginia, according to Decision Desk. Looks like Virginia actually elected the man who fantasized about murdering Republicans and their children. Disgraceful. What a dark day in Virginia.

You give this interview when you're taking on tons of water. We at @ItsYourGov have been right on all of this since we broke the scandal. And that's why @nytimes didn't even reach out to us in this failed rehabilitation piece.
Biden’s White House staff and lawyers are in deep trouble for their autopen nonsense. That’s the only conclusion you can come to after reading between the lines of this ridiculous New York Times attempt to defend the unprecedented use of the autopen. A few nuggets: There is no direct contemporaneous evidence that Biden authorized any of the last-minute autopen pardons. All NYT provides is claims from staff that he like totally said the autopen was okay and stuff. Biden’s staff admitted Biden did not authorize clemency grants and pardons for multiple named individuals. Biden’s staff admitted to changing documents Biden allegedly authorized and signing them with the autopen without getting the changes approved. One of Kavanaugh rape hoaxer Christine Blasey Ford’s attorneys works for one of the major D.C. law firms providing FREE legal services to Biden’s staffers. After spending years telling us how mentally fit and competent Biden was, NYT dropped this gem in its story: “Age-related cognitive decline is a spectrum.” What a far cry that is from the propaganda being fed to us a year ago about Biden’s mental acuity. Also: Biden’s top White House lawyer quit due to all of the Hunter Biden shenanigans, including the ridiculous pardon he received.

I predict this ages very poorly. The odds that the transgender roommate did not trade in transgender violent ideology are probably close to zero. The whole movement is built around violence, first harm to self then to others.
Utah Gov. Spencer Cox confirms that the roommate of Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin was a romantic partner transitioning from male to female but declined to speculate whether that was a factor in the shooter’s motive, telling Dana Bash, “This partner has been incredibly cooperative, had no idea that this was happening and is working with investigators right now.”

Gov. Cox says Charlie Kirk made “inflammatory” remarks (0:09-0:14). Later (0:35-0:40), he talks about “conflict entrepreneurs” in general. Governor cox does not call or claim Charlie was one. nitter.app/ocraziocornpop

The audio of Biden's interview with Hur must be really bad, which is probably why they're illegally withholding it from us at the Oversight Project and now from Congress. The argument that providing the American people with the audio would hurt future investigations is nonsensical, particularly when the Biden campaign is frequently using clips from Trump's deposition. This also speaks to the unfortunate need for FOIA litigation. Garland, now fully funded by Congress, is essentially daring a contempt vote. He doesn't have that option when we have him in Federal court. With this historically non-transparent admin we have to hit them from all angles.
We are currently suing Merrick Garland for this audio tape

This is some of the most important legal work happening right now. Not amicus briefs. Not cable news hits. Not op-eds. But @shipwreckedcrew as a defense firm of 1, for many, and not only the defendants on trial, but for all against the overzealous weaponization of government
The Fischer arguments in the Supreme Court today were very favorable from a defense point of view. This offer is circulating far and wide and the inquiries and requests for help have started. I think it would be to everyone's benefit if we could end the shared fiction that mass deportations are happening. Elements of both the right and left know it to be false but pretend it is true, for different reasons. We have mass communications about small deportations.
This is extremely disappointing. The admin has essentially declared amnesty for certain employers of illegal aliens. Seems like some employers are above the law. At the very least, this should be coupled with a requirement that they start using E-Verify. nytimes.com/2025/06/13/us/po…
