A little misleading in that the bill EXTENDS the current tax cuts. It stops taxes from increasing, you won’t see an additional $11K in savings beyond what you currently have.

A very small % of buyers purchase a home, do nothing, & then sell it within 2 years. After you pay transfer taxes & commissions, you have lost money. Most 'flippers' take old houses, refurb them & then make them available to a wider market. Those are the ones being punished now.
