We’ve announced an agreement to acquire @griid based on an enterprise value of $155 million and expansion plans of over 400 MW in Tennessee. $CLSK expects to add over 400 MW in the state over the next two years. In just a couple hours, we will be closing the first full quarter of operations for CleanSpark's Digital Asset Management strategy and BTC Treasury operations. I am so incredibly proud of what we have built over the past year. Credit goes out to the entire org, particularly accounting, finance, and legal. It took vision, grit, tenacity, and perseverance. It took buy-in from management and the board. And, most importantly, it took TRUST. When you have the honor of joining a world-class operation like CleanSpark, the org has every right to demand a mature and institutional approach if the ask is to start being more active with the incredible balance sheet of bitcoin HODL that they worked so hard to attain. I hope that over the past year we have built trust and shown that the operation we are trying to build respects and honors every drop of sweat and electron spent up to this point.
