I’ve worked at Twitter/X a quarter of my life. I've had all three of my kids since joining this company.
They've grown up only knowing that "Dad works at Twitter" or more recently "Dad works with Elon Musk"
And after 10.5 incredible years, my time here has finally come to a close.
I believe that when making a career decision you should be running to something, not from something. An exciting new opportunity was the impetus for my decision.
But I’m still a believer in this platform, what it does today and what it can do in the future.

Twitter has never been linear. And I don’t think it ever was supposed to be. So many story arcs. Learned a lot through each of them. There’s some beauty in that.

A note on the @X experience:
This past year has been a roller coaster. Ranging from challenging and uncertain to hopeful and exciting, sometimes all within a day or a week. A true test of resilience.

Felt a little extra thankful this year when my incredible niece Natalie made the trek from St Louis to Pennsylvania to be with family for Thanksgiving. And for the first time in years, the travel didn’t coincide with a hospital visit.

Natalie is now almost 7 years old and continuing to defy the odds daily, bringing so much life and laughter to the people around her. She’s smart, savvy, goofy and inspiring to be around.
