It's bittersweet but the last 5.5 years have truly been life changing. I've been fortunate to help lead @RLEsports into what it is today and I got to work my dream job in esports.

Funny enough, I wouldn’t have even been at the Fall Major if it wasn’t for @GoJamesbotGo reaching out to me years ago about the job at @PsyonixStudios.
We competed in Evolve together and I was able to meet up with him a few times before he joined the #RLCS broadcast team in S1.

For me, I'll be taking a few weeks off and taking on some new challenges at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager of Tech in October.
It'll be a huge step for me but I'm excited to get back into a full focused dev role.

I've given so much time and energy into RL that it felt like it was time for a change. I'd be a liar if I didn't work like mad these past couple years and lost a sense of self.
I'm looking forward to taking some time back for me and taking a break away from working in esports.

I never planned on gaining two brothers when I started this journey, but @ian_nowakowski and @scheist_ have been like family to me over the years.
They've seen me through all my ups and downs. I'm thankful that RL brought me their friendship. I know they're both gonna pop off👊

The esports squad at Psyonix is filled with some of the best in the industry, and no other team has ever worked harder to build something we all believed in.
I'm sad that I'll be leaving them a man down, but I know they'll bring another electrifying year of esports to RL.

After I was let go from my job at the time, James spent months checking in on me asking where I was applying, trying to help me get into twitch and other game gigs.
I’ll never forget that, but his actions right there capture why I love the Rocket League community so much.

I honestly am still in shock from those finals yesterday. #LANdon was truly the example of what @RLEsports are all about.
Everyone put something in to make the event special and its moments like that game 7 that make me want to keep pushing the bar forward.

In 2019, Stumpy spent most of DH Leipzig speaking to me about his ambitions as a talent in RLEsports.
I told him at the time, we had no room or spot for him as a caster. We just simply couldn't with where the esport was at.
The conversation stuck with me till the start of RLCSX
I love my job, I love @RLEsports, I love the #RLCS, I love working, I love entertaining you all, and I love how much is still yet to come.
The season hasn't even begun and I'm already this thankful... 2021/22 is going to be incredible, team.

The blue and pink is one of the most distinct colors in the hype chamber setups we created. Looked amazing and we often used BDS as proof of concept internally.
I’d be sad if I wasn’t allowed to use that in the future for BDS.

So today marked my 3 year anniversary at @PsyonixStudios, which also means 5 years ago I started this wild ride into the game industry at @TurtleRock.

It was a transformative time in my life since I really had no idea what I was gonna do. I had dropped out of college, didn’t really have enough experience to continue as a game dev but the one thing I did love was esports

In 2018 Corelli told me some very real feedback on what limited himself from growing as a RL talent and I went to work to change the game to help talent like him grow.
This year, he’s had a phenomenal come up by being allowed to focus on his craft full time.
