I am a trucker by train. I am what you would consider conservative. My state allows early voting in person. So that is exactly what I do.
Last year I knew I would not be home for election day. But I was home on the first day of early voting. So I went down to the courthouse and the registrar of voters office, and voted. I was not the only one to do that, there was a long line of people of all ages. Unfortunately, this included a delusional young man who believed the Russian collusion hoax.
I was even interviewed by the local news, and expressed my opinion that local elections were far more important than national ones. Unfortunately, my hometown is a blue dot in a red state. Hopefully we will at least get a mayor that claims to be libertarian this year. Our income Democrat is a POS. I wonder if I’ve given enough information for people to figure out who I am.
