@trygamma retains its verified organization status in hopes of being seen and addressed by the appropriate parties.
On Tuesday, January 23rd, we received a refund for our most recent payment for our X Premium for Organizations, for seemingly no reason.
Since then, we’ve received two emails from Stripe saying our payment method was not approved (this remains a valid and active credit card).
In reaching out to
@premium to ask why our payment was being declined and how to fix it, we received the following messages.
There is no further context, and the second reply seems entirely unrelated to our request.
We’ve been a good faith actor for nearly 2.5 years, never knowingly breaking a policy for the entire history of the account.
@elonmusk @X please let us know how we can resolve this issue.
