❗️The spokesperson for Gaza’s Civil Defense, Mahmoud Basal, said that Israeli occupation forces directly targeted their crews with a drone while they were on a humanitarian rescue mission at Al-Falah School in the Al-Zaytoun area, where displaced families had been sheltering. Seven civil defense personnel were injured, and rescue worker Monther Raed Al-Dahshan was killed. Basal asks: “Why is the person wearing this orange vest killed? Why are our crews killed, those who only serve people and provide humanitarian service?” More than 30 members of Gaza’s Civil Defense have been killed by the Israeli terrorist army asince the genocide began, despite international law guaranteeing them protection.
