Here’s a take that you didn’t ask for. 2 tracks they gave Liam in that car, that he hadn’t been to before. Finally heads to Suzuka where perhaps he knows that track more than most on the calendar due to racing in Japan etc. But get’s axed before it. It’s a cruel sport, but I really don’t think he was given a fair shot IMO. Ok.. if he goes bad at Suzuka, I get the change up. But give the kid a chance if you are going to throw him in the deep end against a 4x world champ to begin with, why even give him the shot in the first place if you aren’t going to ride the wave? Nothing against Yuki and I think he’s a shoe, but the Red Bull game is ruthless/irrational. I look forward to the next instalment of this broken system.

If OP gets Lando on undercut to protect 3rd position, I get swapping them back around after that sequence. But if the team makes the mistake, that’s not on OP to sort their stuff up. FWIW I think Lando passes him anyway on pace, but that’s a wild decision from the pit wall. IMO

I think this is an ignorant tweet, looking for reaction. I disagree with it like many. Nascar drivers are VERY good, VERY versatile. Not the most versatile in the world. If your good, you have to be versatile, doesn’t matter if you race, nascar/Indy/Sportscar/f1/karting.
NASCAR drivers are the most versatile professional racing drivers in the world. More surfaces, racing styles, track types, than any series.
F1 driver is a true specialist-focused on singular style of racing, while a modern Cup Series driver must be a jack of all trades. Discuss

I know my tweet got some traction the other day about potentially racing in Argentina! I’d love to be apart of a race down there in the near future. My friend @AgustinCanapino - I’m going to regretfully say no to the opportunity, I would for sure love to come over in the off season, but there is just a lot going on to finish of the year for me and I want to do the right thing by my team here in INDYCAR, an August race for me just doesn’t work.
