A public nuisance is causing disruption to two or more people or to an organisation, that for example, could be a protest where the road was closed off and you were using a megaphone calling for your voice to be heard. That is by law a public nuisance. So you wouldn’t do that?

Labour, but only because it’s tactically the best. I encourage anyone to do tactical voting, if Tories win the next GE then trans rights will be worse. Labour may not improve things but at least live outside of it will improve, waiting lists will shorten due to more NHS investment and there’ll be stronger chance for media reform. I do NOT trust Starmer, he SHOULD not give up representing minorities but we got to at least get a better of two evils into power.

I’m a trans woman. I started HRT at the age of 16. At that time I was struggling to carry heavy grocery bags primarily due to not working out lol. But my physical shape was no different to my sister or my mom, I practically had no advantage over anyone other girl at school. I know others who start hormone blockers when puberty start and that makes no difference between female counterparts. When you start hormones, you suppress testosterone, e.g., your body starts losing strength that was caused by testosterone. This resolves in trans women having to workout for longer to achieve results as cisgender males and to gain their strength back. I’m average female height for my country and never had any athletic genes, if I decided to swim on a regular basis it’d make no difference in competitiveness. While some trans women may have an small advantage, remember that, there’s always some who are born stronger. Some females are born with higher testosterone levels and are likely to have an advantage over me in sports.

The key thing is: What is best for the child’s mental health? If this kid is worried that their family will disown them then and it would greatly impact their mental health then the teacher shouldn’t tell them. They’ve got to balance it. And it should favour the child’s mental health not what the parent want to know. The child’s health should be #1 priority
