No structure.
Kids do not make the pass ahead.
Too many dribbles.
They don't know how to create space off the ball.
No defense, aka Guard Your Yard.
Watching AAU basketball is like trying to catch a rabbit; you will never catch it.

The longer I’m in this AAU space I’m reminded that parents need to keep their children close to them.
Too many people in this AAU space manipulate parents and take advantage of the child.
I want all my kids to do great things playing basketball but I also want them to learn valuable life lessons through this game.
I want them to know the value of discipline, work ethic, being a great teammate, becoming a leader, etc.
