Everyone thinks my career started with Club Penguin but forget that before it was a successful business, it was a scrappy startup. As scary as it was to start, we took the plunge, we listened, we learned and we responded. Sounds simple but it's great advice I use to this day.

The success of #ClubPenguin was rooted in listening and responding. It started by answering every email. Then I hired someone who gave me exceptional customer service – my Starbucks barista! Nathan grew our customer service team to 300 - and they were at the heart of everything.

I was so saddened to hear about Alex Trebek's passing. Aside from the many, many hours of @Jeopardy I've enjoyed watching over the years, it was a pretty special day when Club Penguin made the board. Thanks for the wonderful memory, Alex.

One of the best things about working for @Disney was meeting the minds behind the magic. The Imagineers are incredible and Bob Gurr was one of the best! You can thank him for designing many of the early ride vehicles for Disneyland attractions including the Haunted Mansion.

One year ago everything changed. I'm so grateful to have recovered from COVID and I am so thankful to our doctors, nurses and scientists who have been working tirelessly for the past year to bring us tests, treatments and vaccines. They are true heroes!
