Well life seems to always throw unexpected surprises. Last week I fell and tore my quad tendon. Got to ride in an ambulance. Got lots of laughing gas. Got surgery! The amazing team in Kelowna reattached my knee. A little bump in the road. Looking forward to the adventures ahead.
