EXCLUSIVE: Warner Bros‘ shelved #CoyoteVsAcme movie may have finally found a new home with the studio deep in sale negotiations, we can reveal.
Gareth West’s distributor-financier Ketchup Entertainment is negotiating an all-rights acquisition in the $50M range for the animated-live-action hybrid project. Ketchup last year rescued the same studio’s 'The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie'

Carsten edited Coyote v. Acme and poured so much heart into it. He's so incredibly skilled, funny, and talented. At wrap, he got Wile E. tattooed on his arm. If you hire this incredible passionate human he'll get your movie tattooed on his other arm.

Steven worked insanely hard on this movie and is a great anchor in so many scenes.
Every morning I wake up is a difficult morning but I keep on pushing . I miss my parents , I miss my son but I keep pushing forward and do what I love. A few months ago I started a petition to reverse the horrible decision of deleting #coyotevsacme as this movie was made here in New Mexico and everyone involved worked so hard to make this film . It has a deep personal meaning to me as well as @johncena was my moms favorite wrestler and my son was a big fan . I don’t do much background work anymore but the moment I saw a movie with @JohnCena was being made I quickly applied to be one of the ACME lawyers. I got the part and even shared screen time with him. This was such a happy moment as filming only took place just 4 months after losing my son . It gave me joy to be on that set , I knew my mom and son were so proud . @dgreenmachine hand picked me to sit beside Cena in a scene and I was ready to cry because of the significance of it . While on set I just saw how much fun everyone was having , how hard everyone was working and knew this would be an awesome film . We celebrated a reversal on the decision to scrap the film ..my petition quickly gained 10,000 signatures and @warnerbros was ready to sell .
Well waking up this morning I see the news that David Zaslov didn’t even watch the film , that they turned down all offers and didn’t really take releasing this film seriously . To do it to us once was cruel …to do it to us again is a downright abomination. I swear if I could raise the damn money to release this film I would. I wish I had money for a lawyer because this is absolutely cruel and he should be sued . I am completely heartbroken ….@bauzilla deserves better , @dgreenmachine deserves better @JohnCena deserves better …every cast and crew member deserves better …..and ALL of the fans deserve better. Do I need to start a damn go fund me @wbpictures for you to release the movie . Please please please share my petition ..sign again , voice your displeasure….lets get it to 100,000 . It’s downright evil what they did and I will continue to fight it ..for my family , for the cast and crew , for the fans …I have a big passion for acting and this put a big dent in that passion but I will keep on pursuing my dream . Sign the petition and let’s make some noise !!!!!

Our sketchviz team designed poses and expressions in 2d and found the building blocks of performance. 3d and 2d artists worked in tandem, and would all keep a close eye on the originals. A handful of shots were finaled in 2d, and certain characters were handled entirely in 2d.
