I assume that the v2 transaction fee will be paid in the following manner: the user will pay for the transaction, then the system will check if there is ZRO in the wallet. If there is ZRO, it will be deducted, and the native token used for the transaction will be returned. However, if there is no ZRO in the wallet, the native token will not be returned.
