Apologies to anyone who received the final reminder email late!
I scheduled the final email campaign to be sent at 11:30am EST, 90 mins before the sale went live, thinking that this would be plenty of time to get these out.
Little did I know, Shopify batches their email sends to improve deliverability, and it takes *much* longer than the 90 mins I budgeted for.
I had sent out a few other emails/discord pings throughout the weekend, but I can totally understand how frustrating this was to receive the email late, only to discover the product sold out.
Not an excuse, just an explanation, and I sincerely apologize for this. Will absolutely learn from this and improve for the future.
