Είμαι πελάτης της Viva από το 2008, από τα χρόνια που ο @HarisKaronis προσέφερε υπηρεσίες fax2mail και VoIP τηλεφωνικές γραμμές.
Με τα χρόνια έγινα και πελάτης στην τράπεζα πλέον Viva Wallet για να υποστηρίξω την καινοτομία και την ευκολία έναντι των συστημικών τραπεζών, αλλά και θερμός υποστηρικτής, καθώς σε κάθε συνεδριάση τραπεζιτών ο Καρώνης απαιτούσε δωρεάν συναλλαγές χωρις χρεώσεις.
Fast forward στο σήμερα και η Viva Wallet ζητάει απ όλους τους χρήστες της 120€ το χρόνο για τήρηση αριθμού IBAN, καθώς και 60€ το χρόνο για να μπορείς απλώς να συνομιλείς με εκπρόσωπο μέσω chat.
Δεν ξέρω τι συνέβει μέσα σε λίγα χρόνια, αλλά η πολλά υποσχόμενη neobank της χώρας μας κάνει τις "legacy banks" να δείχνουν στην καλύτέρη τους φάση.
Καλό ταξίδι εύχομαι στον κύριο Καρώνη αλλά το άστρο της τράπεζας του από λαμπρό μετατράπηκε σε "διάττον".

Μίλησα τελικά με εκπρόσωπο στο τσάτ και μου είπε τα ακόλουθα.
Έαν δεν θέλεις IBAN, δεν θες να δέχεσαι εμβάσματα, δεν έχεις POS τερματικά, και δέχεσαι να εξυπηρετήσε απο AI chatbot τότε δεν χρεώνεσαι κάτι.
Τα quick pay (eshop checkout) δεν θεωρούνται τερματικά συμφωνα με τον εκπρόσωπο.
Εάν όμως έχεις τερματικά, πρέπει να επιλέξεις ένα από τα διαθέσιμα μηνιαία πλάνα, ελάχιστο 4,99€ (+ 10€ εάν θέλεις IBAN).

Εμένα δεν με πειράζει το πλάνο, το θεωρώ υγιές για να χει κέρδος η τράπεζα και να συνεχίσει να παρέχει καλές υπηρεσίες, αλλά η χρέωση 10€ ανα IBAN ειναι πέρα κάθε λογικής, σαν να χρεωνει υποχρεωτικά για χάρτινο βιβλιάριο. Δεν έχω ξανακούσει κάτι παρόμοιο.
