I think it's a good moment to explain why I was teamless for such a long time, thanks to
@NasrEsports, and why I don't recommend any players go to MENA (with all due respect to all the hard working people there) in its current state.
@TEAMRAAD and
@GamaxEsport situation made me realize that I am not alone in this case. NASR has been the worst experience, organization-wise, I have ever witnessed. Salary mostly never on time, mobbing, threatening players with fines or getting kicked for bad performances, screaming at players and using slurs during officials on bootcamp. But it's not about it.
In August 2023, I was forced by NASR management to have surgery on my throat so I wouldn't get sick so often. I have paid $2500 USD for that without any help from NASR. It was forced by their performance coach, David McGowan. During my time in the hospital, he decided to fine me for not streaming. Although he knew well that I was in the hospital, he was just trying to save money. At the same time, I received a new offer for 2024, (Screen 1), but I decided to deny it, not wanting to continue with such an organization. My old contract was still active until January 2024, and both me and the team decided I would play the whole offseason with them. After denying the offer, NASR decided to bench me without coach or team consent and stopped paying me from August 2023 (although my contract stated I should be paid % of my salary on the bench). Coach was asking many times if he could use me during the offseason, (Screen 2), but David McGowan stated that I was "inactive" and simply banned from playing with the team.
We asked NASR to terminate the contract, but they started mobbing me, saying that I would either sign for 2024 or be on the bench without money until January 2024. I asked the tournament organizer, Calyx, to help me get my money. After two calls, they were sure that NASR was breaking all the possible rules and asked the organization to pay me fully and terminate the contract(Screen 3). NASR ignored the request. Calyx asked me not to make it public for good view of the league. Then I went to Riot for help, which also had the same view as Calyx, but they said that going to court is the only way since they don't have the decisive power in VCL's and this situation should be handled better by Calyx. So I was jailed without salary for the whole off-season and the start of the split. After a very long dispute, I couldn't even get the money NASR owed me before benching me, so they asked me to sign a document within 48hours saying that I would never tell anyone about this situation. I had to sign a contract termination that strongly favored the organization to have money for basic needs. I still haven't received any of the prize pool, and NASR hasn't paid me nearly $7,000 in salaries that I won’t get because of contract termination.
