No one is exactly sure when Ron joined the BiG iNC family - our records regrettably do not go back that far. We're not entirely aware of his day-to-day duties, something about cleaning. We do know he manages the team that deals with the bathrooms, as when there is an issue we alert Ron and wait for him to fix it. Although we recognize that the turnover rate in the Janitorial department is somewhat higher than normal, and that happy employees in his department seem to vanish suddenly without notice or warning, we have decided to treat these departures as a result of the stressful requirements of the job, and not as a result of having a Tyrannosaur as a supervisor.

Introducing Chief Product Officer, Bridge Waldragon.
Bridge was recruited directly by BiG MiSTER early on. This young Waldragon has thrown his weight into his work in a BiG way, with no desire to return to the Calcerous castle as the heir to the Tusked Throne. Although his mother is a distant cousin of BiG MiSTER, we have noted that there seems to be some tension between either side of the family. It is apparent that the Waldragon Royal Family is not entirely at ease with Bridge’s employment here, but thus far, we have seen no indication of a decrease in SHARD effectiveness. We will continue to observe. Great job Bridge!

We're proud to introduce our Chief Technology Officer, Clyde V. Hound.
Mr. Hound was recruited as a mere pup when he started at BiG iNC. He rose quickly through the ranks, in spite of his occasionally rebellious nature. It was quickly discovered that he had an amazing aptitude for invention of all kinds, and that a light touch was required to manage him effectively. Some early failures by overzealous administrators who attempted to micromanage Mr. Hound almost resulted in a total SHARD cerebral feedback loop, and we nearly lost one of our most prized employees. Since then, a more “hands-off” approach has proved highly effective, as Mr. Hound is impressively productive when given projects and left to his own devices. His rebellious nature is now a problem only for him, and BiG MiSTER himself. What a bright Employee!

Quiet and unassuming, we were shocked to realize that although Ms. Anatid was by far the most productive analyst in our Financial department, she had never actually used her calculator! Unfortunately, due to her perfect recall and incredibly mathematical mind, it was decided that, given her knowledge of BiG iNC’s finances, BiG MiSTER was given no choice but to terminate her (as promoting her was out of the question). Extremely shy and unable to deal with groups, she was moved to an office near Clyde Hound. His experiments don’t seem to bother her, and she is so shy that we’re not entirely sure that he’s aware of her presence. Don't stop dreaming Mallory!

Hired out from under an unnamed competitor to fill the role of COO at BiG iNC, Ms. Traask has had a significant role in making our company what it is today, through her unique combination of stern discipline, extreme organization, dedication to efficiency, and stern discipline. It is worth noting that she is one of only a handful of employees at BiG iNC’s headquarters who have never undergone SHARD therapy. No one knows more about the daily operations of our company (BiG or small) than Ms. Traask, and we’d like to point out that we think she’s absolutely fabulous and that we just couldn’t do it without her. She’s simply a darling in our book.

Commonly known outside the company as the Voice of BiG iNC, Peanut started out as a mere hatchling in the mail room. When a lost Marketing executive stumbled in and heard Peanut telling a coworker an ABSURD UNCONFIRMED RUMOR about a monster in the Boiler Room, the Executive immediately terminated said coworker, and put in a request for their transfer to the Marketing department. Peanut’s silky smooth baritone has served both Peanut and BiG iNC well since then, and Peanut has vaulted to the top of the Marketing Shark Tank (yes, the one on the 55th floor with the big purple corals). NOTE: Peanut has an extreme caffeine addiction, and we have hired an employee simply to keep up with Peanut’s cappuccino requirements.
