This judicial idiot doesn't understand that going to Mandir, Dargahs, and Gurudwaras does not make him "secular."
Visiting "religious" places is a "religious" act. What should be "secular" is their equal treatment in his jurisprudence.
He does not accord that equal treatment.
Also, if he doesn't go to these places out of reverence, perhaps he shouldn't go.
🚨 CJI BR GAVAI: "I believe in true secularism. Someone told me that my comments were misrepresented on social media"
SG TUSHAR MEHTA : "I have known you for over a decade, and I am aware of your visits to temples"
CJI GAVAI : "I have visited dargahs and gurdwaras too"
SG TUSHAR MEHTA: "Now every action faces a disproportionate social media reaction"
KAPIL SIBAL : "We suffer every day; it’s an unruly horse, with no way to tame it"
CJI GAVAI : "In Nepal, too, it happened that way" 😳
